“great assistance..didnt really know what phone i wanted,went online to view handsets, automatically after a few seconds tab popped up asking if i needed assistance,i explained what i wanted assistant then told me the best deal for me,i was not keen on the cashback by redemption so was offered an alternative, even thought this worked out a little more than the original offer it was still within my budget.i was given a link to the deal,i completed the details and waited for confirmation that i was accepted...got exactly what i wanted within the price range i needed with the help of the courteous staff...greatly appreciated.so happy with my new phone.would highly reccomend their service to anyone.”

“Tried to order a phone a week ago; all seemed OK with a delivery date of 4 days later being given. The next day an email arrived to say that they had not been able to process my order - no reason was given. I phoned them and found that the network provider had requested a deposit of £150 because the address I had provided was my work (and not home) address. I agreed and gave my credit card number. However, as the delivery was now going to be delayed I asked that it be delivered to my home address a day later instead. When this was processed, it seemed that the network provider no longer required a deposit. The phone was delivered on the amended day, but to my work address and my card has been debited to the sum of £1050. Trying to contact them entails long, long waits on the phone. This is criminal - AVOID.”

“Was disappointed to realise when I contacted Orange because my mobile phone had been cut off prior to receiving my new phone, that I had not been talking to Orange regarding an update and new phone, I was led to believe that the person speaking to me was speaking on behalf of Orange and that was misleading. Also to have my phone cut off prior to receiving the new one is not acceptable. How can you say you are from one company when you are from another. Sharp practice springs to mind!”

“i ordered 3 phones was told fine they have been dispatched only to recieve an email the day after cancelling my order saying im only allowed 2 phones if thats the case why not say that when ordering and telling me they were dispatched i got 2 but went to another company for the 3rd phone as they were birthday presents for my twin nephews and a new one for my wife i needed 3 phones”

“The phone is fine, my problem is with the delivery. I had an email notifying me of the the delivery date, which was a time I was on holiday. I immediately used the option to change the date. However on the morning of the original delivery date I was told the package was to be delivered and it was too late to change. I heard nothing else after. On returning home a week later I found that my phone had been given to my neighbour'a builder to sign for!! I had received no sign that this had happened (either by text, email or through the door). It was fortunate that my neighbour and the builder were so honest as I'd have been none the wiser if somebody had stolen it. Shocking service, terrible”

“I was so angry with the service provided. You were informed that i was on holiday and would sort things out on my return. You then sent a new sim card to my home and de-activated the one in my phone. It took me 5 hours the next day to get sorted and a further 24 hours to re-activate my original sim card so how do you think of the service you provided - very poor and possibly dishonest. I just wish i had kept the guys name who contacted me, i would have taken legal action.”

“I did not purchase this phone. It was supposed to be cancelled but they send me an iPad after phone was cancelled. I called wondered what's going on. They sent a courier to collect the iPad but I had to cancel a DD and now E2Save is asking me to review things I did not purchase. I did NOT purchase a Samsung Galaxy. I returned the iPAD which E2Save arranged collection of. This E2Save is annoying as they don't know how to cancel properly. I won't be surprised they'll accuse me now of having a phone and an iPad.....because they must still halve it in their system that I have these things!”
