“The Blackberry Classic was delivered very quickly and communication with the carrier was very good, keeping me informed several times as to the estimated delivery time which was met spot on. I had to buy the phone on line without having it seen first and discuss the functions with a fully trained sales person. I had bought the phone because it comes with an )2 contract. However, a guru in the shop who transferred my contacts over to the new phone told me that I had not a contract with them. O2 had been subcontracted to carry the traffic. Consequently I will loose locally available support by a real person rather than to have to rely on FAQ's and forums. Secondly, I had not been able to install my ntlword email address. The phone only provides preset fields for Google mail, Hotmail. The Guru could not help and referred me to the Virgin shop next. They could not help either. I rung Virgin and they gave me incorrect information over the phone. On the fourth day since having my phone I am still without my vital ntlworld email account. I am thinking of returning the phone. I had no such problem on the Blackberry Curve phone and naturally assumed that facilities would be the same if not better.”

“Excellent service. Really happy that they're using DPD for their deliveries which allows you to check online exactly where your driver currently is and their expected time of arrival - definitely beats having to stay in for the entire day. Phone I received is also unlocked for other networks. A+”

Hello Mark, Thank you for your review. I’m sorry to hear your phone is flashing. If the handset is faulty we’d be happy to exchange it for a brand new replacement handset. You’ve got 28 days for an exchange of the handset. Outside of the 28 days you have a 12 months warranty with any Carphone Warehouse store. “Cannot give a higher rating as yet my x box one has not arrived yet. I received constant updates about the progress of my phone delivery but have had no further info on the delivery of the x box. If I receive the x box with minimal fuss I will give a higher rating.”

“Unbelievably cheap phone on contract. Had no problems with the order it came the next day and no trouble getting it set up. Why can't the big other four phone companies do these phones for the same price. I wouldn't go anywhere else in future!”

“IVE TRIED REPEATLY TO CANCEL THIS PHONE AND NO ONE HAS TOOK ANY NOTICE OF ME I THOUGHT THIS PHONE WAS JUST £4.99 A MONTH BUT IT TURNS OUT YOU HAVE TO PAY £14.99 A MONTH WHICH WAS MISLEADING ON MY PART I THOUGHT IM NOT PREPARED TO SEND MY BILLS EVERY FEW MONTHS TO CLAIM MY MONEY BACK THANKYOFOR YOUR HELP I MUST SAY YOULL BE GETTING THE PHONE BACK ANY WAY”

“Very sly, within 1 sec of me realising that it had gone up to 14.99 , i tried to stop the transaction, But no , there is no quick reply, Kept saying do not send the goods, but not only did you carry on, you left the goods with a neighbour upstairs, So then i have to log-in to get information to send goods back, which resulted in me having to pay 7.15 to return the goods by special royal mail, And you also have the cheek to take 0.01 out of my account, You hide all the details of exactly what a person has to do to get yr offer of 4.99 a mth, Send this, send that, Just read yr e-mail , Best time Wed , 11am-12.30 . or after 4pm , Give me time to flip open my fone and answer, 07833578790 or 01892673032 Thanks for yr reply, look forward to hearing from you Regards Jennifer Davey, So wheres my 7.15 that i had to pay to send the unwanted fone back, And not only that i find out you are trying to charge me on my vodafone account the 13.68. “Good followup by car phone warehouse on my upgrade enquiry by email. Deal was done by phone and twenty fours later my iPhone 6 was delivered within thirty minute of my one hour delivery slot. Altogether I was very impressed. Thanks to all involved.”
