“I initially bought a Sony Xperia M2, was not happy with the purchase and all i asked for is to exchange it for Iphone, got so many different explainations as to why i could not swap for iphone 6 but could swap for another phone apart from iphone. Had to settle for Sony xperia Z3 compact as they could not swap it for iphone 6. It's disappointing as i am now stuck with Sony Xperia Z3 compact phone for 24 months!!”

Hello Ramnik, Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were unable to exchange for the iPhone as you wanted. The reason for this is mainly due to the way the tariff is set up with the network. There is no vendor or retailer who is able to exchange from a non-iPhone to an iPhone and vice versa. I apologise that you are not entirely happy with your final choice but if you would like to make another choice then just let us know and we can look into this for you. “Given that you can choose a date for delivery, I got a text to say it would be delivered Monday?,I actually booked Thursday. Why give people the choice?.Other than that,the phone was delivered Thursday after re booking it.”

“I Thought the ease of ordering my new Nokia Lumina 735 phone and it's pretty precise ordering schedule, that I could track, were a real positive. I am thus far happy with the phone and the tariff offered and all achieved in the comfort of my own home. “Fast delivery. Good website. Need to be careful about any cash back offer as the payment is late (up to 8 weeks once claim is submitted and accepted by the company). It is far too long to make payment to customer by any company standard.”

“After attempting to contact EE several times regarding something on their website and not being called back by a member of staff, I then had the pleasure of communicating with both Lucy & Mandy, who were incredibly helpful and sorted everything out. Would have been top marks had I got through to them originally.”

As per our conversation, sending the handset back to us via Royal mail special delivery if you are not available for a collection under an exchange is necessary. This is for track, trace and insurance reasons. As this was a damaged item not caused by you this will naturally be reimbursed. “Great features, and not just for the price. Fits in my bag unlike many larger phones. Selfie camera not quite as good as normal camera but better in low light than my previous Samsung selfie cam. Gorilla glass finish is indeed very robust but also super slippy - it likes to leap off apparantly flat surfaces so you may need a case just to provide some grip. I bought the green which is actually a kind of pale turquoise. Signal strength is very good (same network but better reception). Battery lasts well, getting a full day (although not watching tv or downloading much). Audio good. Other reviews of this phone suggest that the interface is not intuitive - can't say that I noticed any problems plus it nicely transferred over most of my previous android apps with zero input from me. Very pleased with this purchase and can't understand why it isn't a more popular phone.”

“ordered the galaxy S4 mini, arrived promptly. Very pleased with it does all I want from a phone, has a good camera with zoom ( think its 4x) easy to use admittedly I'm a basic user, text, phone, check emails and facebook and wanted a decent camera for snaps. I have also downloaded a few games”
