good deals but very poor and expensive communication from e2save. Selected the insurance but when needed they said it doesnt exist, clearly there on the email I received after ordering, yet denied by e2save and phone care when I thought I had lost phone, luckily I did not need it. Disappointed Shows how these big companies operate, under different names and always give wrong misleading information. Speciality is taking money not offering service.

did an upgrade but s2save thought it was better to put me on new contract I did not ask for or know about until I got a bill in from orange saying I was 78.00 in debt . and trying to get an answer prob find it easier to get in to c queen or pope . avoid

This is a scam. I have refused to accept the parcel,have tried to contact e2 to no avail. Today,27 Jan.2015 I am still awaiting confirmation I have rejected delivery of the mobile using the only ref. no.given78644488. Item was despatched to me at 8 Swans Ghyll, Priory Road,Forest Row .RH 185PA. Please confirm cancellation and inform EE Orange that the mobile order is cancelled and you have receipt of it. I was sent the wrong phone. A member of staff phoned me as I was going into a Doctor's appointment and I asked him to phone me back. No one has - and that was 3 days ago! Dreadful service!!!!!!

Sales pitch and phone deal was really good. I got the deal I wanted and suited my pocket. The after sales service was poor. Was told phone would take three to five working days to deliver and I would receive email about delivery and tracking! After six days had heard nothing recalled the number to get answer machine and left a message as requested and nobody returned my call. Eventually afte seven days email and delivery details arrived happy days. No the delivery company will only delivery to somewhere that you sign for ( good idea as value phone is high). They only deliver during the week unless you pay extra for weekend. As a workiñg household this was not convenient and even though my wife only works PT you can't specify a time for delivery. I also left instruction for it to be left with a neighbour who was guarenteed to be home ans although this is a preferred option by the delivery company they ignored my request and stuck a delivery failed note through my door. I ended up driving for over an hour in rush hour traffic after work to a depot to collect my phone. Over all a poor experience and will not be using this company again for phone upgrades lesson learned don't take sales phone calls!

Please be advised DPD should advise an hour delivery slot on the morning of delivery and give the option for your parcel to be delivered to a neighbour at your request. I have just taken delivery of my phone. The service so far has been good and the deal I got was excellent. There was a slight miscommunication in terms of delivery dates, but e2save were apologetic and eager to rectify the matter. So why not a 'Very Good' rating? Here's why: The 'My Cashback Claim' process could be better explained. It doesn't explicitly say that it can be done by email. The implication is that the bill has to be posted, but then it says: 'You can also claim your cashback via postal mail by sending your claim to...' Why not state explicitly that cashback redemption can be done either via email or post? It also says: 'You’ll notice that the claim due option will show when you’re ready to claim.' Where exactly? In the status column? If so, then say so. And better to use the word 'status' than 'option' because the former corresponds with the term used in the table. Simple stuff and so easy to rectify!

With all of the bad news from my orange account this week.From which i have received no feedback as yet, i am very dissapointed with both EE and carphone warehouse. The phone that i received today must be the most cheapest nastiest phone that i have ever seen. The only good thing is that my line rental as come down. WOW. Not a happy customer.

Purchased a nano sim on advice given. Should have been a micro sim. Had to go to store to rectify. So next time I'll just go the store first.
