Hello Kirsty, Thank you for your review. I tried to call you today however you were unavailable. If you’ve received the wrong sized simcard I must apologise. In order to resolve this I recommend you contact Virgin directly on 0345 6000 789 and request a replacement sim. Soon as this has been received you can request a sim swap with Virgin network. I ordered a new phone from E2Save on Sunday at 17.00 It was delivered on the Tuesday and made 'live' with the same number on the Wednesday. First class customer service, first class product, competitive price plan, first class communication from delivery courier. Absolutely nothing could have been done bettewr to improve my buying experience. Thanks E2Save.

Ordered iphone on Saturday pm, asked for it to be delivered Thursday, it was delivered on Monday and then received an email on Wednesday saying it would be delivered Monday !!

Very easy to order online and phone was delivered exactly when it was meant to be. Very pleased with product and clear details for claiming cash back. Have used e2save for many years and never had the slightest problem claiming and receiving cash back.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished phone, thinking it might arrive with scratches or blemishes; I was delighted to find my IPhone 6 arrived and it was in pristine condition! It looked 'as new' and I am completely happy with it. Of course the box had been opened and the resealed again, but everything inside it had the appearance of a new product. All the accessories were present and unopened. The phone was wrapped in film to protect it. I have an iPhone that is just as good as anyone else and at a considerable discount from the phone provider. I estimate I have saved £10 / month in tariff fees and I cannot calculate the overall saving. I'm a convert.

The process as a whole was simple and straight forward to use and the information required was easy to find, the only thing that worries me is that the q&a section isn't very well set out. Having ordered my phone with my free gift, ( Samsung galaxy tab 4) after three days now this gift had not yet arrived, can somebody please explain why.thank you

The overall service was very good, I detail need to do anything. The customer advisor was very helpful and explained everything. The emails with updates on my phone were very helpful, espeacially the tracking function for my phone.

I was promised a Samsung S4 mini with 4G which I never received the 4G connection? Even having ringing E2 save they said they would listen to the phone calls to make sure I was offered 4G but they didn't even get back to me a very poor service.

My phone did not come in a sealed package. The customer services were very helpful in replacing it but needed to collect the old phone before replacing it. Although that was collected on Monday, I am still waiting to hear (Wednesday today) when the new phone will be delivered. I am of course being charged for this contract from the date I originally ordered the phone.

Received call out of the blue offering to upgrade my contract as it was coming to an end. Sales Advisor offered a reduced monthly fee SIM only deal that suited my situation. I explained what kind of mobile I had and a new SIM was posted to me....... That's were everything started to go wrong. The SIM arrived but it was the wrong size. I rang customer services, 10p/min, who blamed EE for the SIM, even though an e2Save invoice was included in the package, then I was put on hold for 20min whilst customer services tried to contact EE. Finally through to EE customer services who passed me from dept to dept, was told a replacement SIM was £10 but a manager would waive the fee and then cut off after 40min on hold. I rang EE back and after another 20min on hold was given two options; be sent a new SIM in 4-5 days, or have the SIM upgraded by text, pretty easy decision..... But still waiting for the text 3 days later. Really can't understand how so many people, 6 in total, couldn't come up with a straightforward solution. A real waste of everyone's time. This probably happens day-in-day-out in every customer services centre in the UK. As the front to a huge company this kind of service just isn't good enough; a simple SIM upgrade, that probably happens 1000's of times a day, should take seconds, not over 1 1/2 hours.
