“people were very friendly on the phone and informative, received my new phone a Nokia Lumia 530. very nice phone. I haven't had it a month yet and I had trouble sliding the screen up to answer the phone or get onto the home page. It then froze and I can't use it, won't switch off because can't slide down screen to switch off. took the battery out damaged the screen, put battery back in. switched it on still won't do anything, frozen. rang up and they cut me off at 10pm coz that's when they finish. great...............going to have to ring again. not happy. this is the first piece of modern technology I have had, should have stuck to my old style phone at least it worked.”

“E2Save let me down on this occasion. Purchased another phone from them a month or so ago and that delivery went fine. On this occasion the phone was delivered 3 days late (and after my old contract had ended), despite me chasing Customer Services on at least 3 separate occasions. Number has yet to be ported. Very unhappy with the poor service on this occasion and will have to think carefully about using their service again in future.”

“Pleased with the service from E2 but not with the gift delivery. After receiving the phone I had no contact regarding delivery of the TV, contacted E2 on 2nd Jan and was told I would be sent a text and it would be wth me 6-7th of Jan. Nothing happened so I contacted you again this morning to be told the delivery company has gone into administration and there will be a further delay of up to a week. Surely last Friday this would have been known by yourselves as it was already out in the media. So I am pretty disappointed at the service as this was to be a gift to my son this weekend. I am being given a months free line rental as compensation but feel the situation has not been dealt with as to informing of any delays.”

“This is the second time I’ve used E2Save and both times I’ve had excellent service. The products are top quality and I’ve had no issues at all. Which is unusual for me, everything usually breaks for me. Delivery was very Quick I had my Phone and Gift in 2 days and smack on the time they said it would arrive. Thank you E2Save. Jaonne.”

“I ordered my phone very soon after christmas and was pleasantly surprised to find that it was delivered very quickly despite the holiday season. the contract offer on this website was better than all the major sites such as carphone warehouse and individual network sites and therefore i would highly recommend purchasing from here furthermore, it was very easy to keep my old number as well after having bought my phone online.”

“The service overall was fine, and the product and delivery was great. However, too many calls repeatedly to my mobile phone offering change of service, especially when I had already agreed to change my phone. I still kept getting calls offering an upgrade. This repeated hassling kept disrupting my working day”

Hello Simon, Thank you for writing a review. According to our systems a sim card was dispatched with your order and this should’ve arrived in the same courier bag as your handset. If you’ve not received it then the sim must’ve been lost whilst in transit to you. I can see that you’ve contacted our customer support team regarding this and they’ve advised you on what can be done to resolve the matter.
