“One of the worst services I have been offered. False promises, failing to meet timings and messed around with my network, which has had a knock on effect with regards to answering my emails text mesages etc. I will never use them again and think Carphone Warehouse should be ashamed to be associated with them!!”

“Funny this. Ordered a cheap phone on contract for 23 a month with free gift. Got refused. When they rang me offered a iPhone on a dearer contract then said I had been refused. And the next day it turns up. Does this company now what it is doing. I think not.”

“I wanted a phone and the phone os every thing I thought it would be, however when you say you want to pay up to £35 , and you get sent a phone out of blue with no how much no prior phone call it is just sent, then get told you can offer me a case or £20 voucher, how about sorry our mistake so we will give you what you asked for and apologize.”

“Excellent service from e2save, order got processed very quickly after a quick ID verification. Ordered phone on monday and arrived on Tuesday with a text message stating the 1 hour slot in which I should exepct the delivery. Had option to leave with neighbours if I'm out. Plus phone is unlocked to all networks. Brilliant service.”
