“Really pleased with the overall service from Shire Doors. Russ was extremely helpful at the initial visit and the doors were delivered and fitted quicker than anticipated. The bi-folds are top quality and have really transformed our living space. We would definitely recommend Shire Doors.”

“Communication with the office could have been better but in general we will use them for the next phase of our conservatory. The bi-fold doors are superb and the installation teams were excellent.”

“Really good company to deal with. There was a slight problem with our lock and they bent over backwards to rectify the issue. Doors are great so far, fitters were really nice guy's and doors look amazing.”

“Bought a large number of Origin aluminium windows & 2 gorgeous Spitfire external doors - outstanding products and we are delighted with the finished article. Shire Doors helped us choose from the huge selection of colours, and are good at responding to calls and emails and all our questions. The fitters were punctual, tidy, efficient & courteous, making working with them very easy on all occasions. It is essential to check orders as there are so many options, e.g. hinge & handle positions - worth considering the lower handle position if you intend to fit window blinds in a narrow recess. The score is not a maximum only because we felt our attention was not sufficiently drawn to the aesthetic importance of the external sealant colour. Standard colours included but all RAL colours are available at an extra cost, the latter of which we would have chosen. We have already recommended Shire Doors to friends and family and we will be working with them again as we continue our refurbishment - overall we have been extremely pleased with the results. Thank you Martin, Tudor & Team.”

“A couple of installation issues (like the manufacturers sending the wrong door furniture) but these were dealt with quickly and efficiently. A year on and everything remains excellent. A great product at a very competitive price...exactly what you need.”

“Very courteous and professional outfit from start to finish. They certainly went the extra mile. We are very happy with our two sets of Origin bifold doors in all white. High quality product with a 20 year guarantee. Really glad we paid more for these doors. They are clearly built to last. Shire doors only lost a star because of the unexpectedly long time from ordering to installation (5 weeks) as it slowed the build down. Would we use them again? Yes absolutely. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. Just give yourselves enough time when ordering as they are (justifiably) busy.”

“Overall the sales and fitting service was very good. However there were two things that prevented an "excellent" rating; delivery of incorrect components slightly delayed fitting and an overbearing installation "manager" did not help smooth the process of installation where snags had been identified.”

“Happy with the service & the installers were great. Only negative point was the door wasn't fitted the day it was booked in but the problem was rectified & was only delayed by a day. I would definitely recommend & the door looks great.”

“We had an issue with the seals around the glass element of the doors as they weren't 100% perfect. The complaint was taken very seriously and dealt with within 24 hours.”
