Your item was dispatched the same day you ordered it but it is coming from Sydney, Australia and international deliveries to Europe are still very slow due to the lack of international flights. “From the time I orded the mat in early January, expecting it around 31st Jan., only with me emailing you as to the delivery date, was I informed about the lateness of them coming from the US. I was offered two single mats in lieu of a queen size which I accepted. I felt not keeping the customer informed was not very professional, especially when I paid up front”
