I have plugged it in correctly (only 1 way to that) but have not had any benefit from the first one. I bought 2, so will try the 2nd for the next couple of nights. Hoping i dont have to send them both back.

They told me what size shoe to purchase. Wrong size. $20 To send it back. Went elsewhere for future purchase. Zero integrity.Thanks

You placed your order on June 21st and it was dispatched from our office in Sydney, Australia the very same day. As you are in the US it will take a while to get to you. We advise to wait at least 2 weeks for international parcels. You would have been sent a dispatch notification email which includes the tracking number for your parcel. Hi I’m very sorry but these where not the size I ordered? My foot is size 9.5 Australian it these are very small and I think also damaged as the sides area all tattered. Can I please arrange for a swap or store credit?

Hi Jackson, thank you for your review. Just to confirm that we sent the size 37.5 as per the order. This is quite a small size, equivalent to about a 6.5 Australian size. You can see the link to our size guide below where we include a print-out template of the sizes, so you can try the sandals on virtually, as well as the foot length measurement in centimetres to try and make it as easy as possible for customers to order the correct sandal size online. https://www.earthingoz.com.au/size-guide/ There should have been a returns slip in the shoe box. I have bought emf clothing from many companies. A simple test I use to test the clothing when I get it is to wrap my phone in it and see if the phone loses signal. This has happened in about a third of purchases, indicating quality and strength of protection. It did not happen with both the earthing oz head snood or the men’s hoodie. I spent around $300. Next time I’ll order from a better company, which, although takes longer arrive, I know works.

The phone cover did not provide any protection from EMFs according to my EMF meter. I did ask to return it but never heard back. Would not recommend.

Hi there, Thank you for your feedback on the phone case. We have responded to your email. It is really difficult to accurately and reliably measure the shielding reduction of a SafeSleeve phone case with a handheld meter at home. The testing really has to be conducted in a controlled environment so that all other sources of EMF are eliminated and do not affect the readings. It requires highly specialised equipment. The shielding material used in the SafeSleeve cases has been been tested in an independent FCC-accredited laboratory and a link to the full report can be found on the product page on our website. The order was received in quick time. The low score if because I then tested the EMF emanating from my phone with the cover on and it was still very high, I had assumed from the the marketing that it would be much much lower.

Just realised I received a straight cord to replace faulty coiled cord which did not grip wrist and knee bands properly. Had not noticed as I was still using old coiled cord which did grip reasonably well. Very unhappy. Great service in the past however.
