Upon reading your 90 day risk free guarantee, I was disappointed to realize that it's not risk free, by the time Earthing Oz deducts $20 to cover for free shipping and $30 restock fee I will have lost 1/3 of my purchase price. 😡 I think you should remove the Risk Free guarantee, it's deceiving, as is Free Shipping.

spite my initial enthusiasm for the concept of air tubes, I find myself facing a recurring issue that has left me quite disheartened. Within just a year, my second Defender Air Tube has once again broken, casting a shadow over what could have been a truly revolutionary product. While I greatly admire the innovation behind these air tubes, the continuous need to purchase replacements has raised significant concerns about their long-term sustainability. To put things into perspective, I am now onto my fourth pair of Defender Air Tubes, and the latest one unexpectedly failed during my holiday, under what I would consider standard usage conditions. While this issue should technically still be covered by the warranty, the relentless cycle of purchasing new pairs has become both financially burdensome and emotionally frustrating. I had initially held high hopes for the Defender Air Tube, but these persistent durability issues have taken their toll on my confidence in the product. With some improvements in this aspect, the concept could truly flourish and provide the exceptional experience it promises.

We will of course give this feedback to Defendershield. We have on occasion had to replace a faulty pair of air tubes, but its highly unusual to have a recurring issue. After only 5 month of usage the on one side the volume is completely gone, this despite careful handling. The volume itself was always on the low side compared to a previous more expensive airtube pair.The earbuds sit very loose in the ears. I find the cord too short.

Hmmmm, not only did I get sent the wrong order, but it still hasnt arrived..... so I am not real happy with the service to date. I ordered before Christmas....N41420

We sent it to you via Express Post on January 6 as promised, so it is very unusual for an express delivery to take so long. We can see from the tracking that it is due to arrive with you on January 27. We know that Australia Post is still battling covid-related delays which explains the delay at their end, but we understand that this must have been a frustrating shopping experience with us. Unfortunately the headphones do not stay in the ears and the sound quality is poor.

The sound quality certainly shouldn't be poor so you are welcome to send them back to us so that we can test them for you in case you have a faulty pair and we can offer an exchange. The headphones are provided with three different-sized earbuds to try and provide a comfortable fit for most people. Stingy: the size of the mat the length of the lead ( this is meant to reach down from a chair seat to a power point right? And more stingy the company I have bought from in the past includes the plug in adapter.

Thank you for your feedback. As per our separate email correspondence about this, it sounds as if you accidentally ordered the Earthing Auto Seat Mat Kit instead of the Earthing Chair Mat Kit. The Earthing Chair Mat Kit is supplied with a 6 metre coil cord (much longer than the cord supplied for the Auto Seat Mat Kit which is sold for use only in a car/vehicle) and, as with all of our Earthing Kits, is supplied with the Earthing plug-in adaptor.
