Hi Diane, thank you for your review. The universal case is a 'one-size fits all case' to offer protection for the phones that safesleeve don't have specific cases for. It can take some adjusting to to get the positioning correct, it can also be an issue if the phone has a large camera. “My phone keeps on coming off the stick on back piece and I had to make some adjustments just to try to keep my phone from falling off every time. This design needs some work to ensure a phone can fit securely without falling off all the time. It is definitely not working well for my Pixel 7 phone. I think something with a clean plastic envelope the phone can slip into will probably be better or some other way to keep the phone safe in the phone case.”
