“This is my 4th pair of DefenderShield Airtube headsets. I use them daily & they usually last around a year. The sound is great & I'm really happy with them. The new moulded ear piece fits really 'snugly' & is comfortable to wear. I do wish they would last longer than 1 year however.”

“Wonderful products and beautiful customer service! I ordered some EMF protection headphones and a laptop shielding mat. It's so nice to place the laptop on the shield mat (nice and thick and firm) and know it's not putting radiation onto my body. The headphones have great sound quality and the microphone works splendidly, I will be keeping them untangled and safe! As 5G is incoming and so many EMF's are flying around I will be purchasing more fantastic products from Earthing Oz :)”

“From the time I orded the mat in early January, expecting it around 31st Jan., only with me emailing you as to the delivery date, was I informed about the lateness of them coming from the US. I was offered two single mats in lieu of a queen size which I accepted. I felt not keeping the customer informed was not very professional, especially when I paid up front”

“I am sooo impressed by the customer service i received. While i did want to return my original order but it was so much easier than expected. I heard back straight away from earthing oz, who were very considerate and generous. They gave us a great offer and i was able to easily exchnage the product. The parcel arrived quickly and i am so thrilled with the defender shield headset. I have previously tried other emf earphones which ended up breaking and they also never stayed in my ears. You can tell these are high quality, the sound is great and they stay in! They also come with extra earpieces for exercising. Thankyou!!”
