“Absolutely no customer service. I emailed eastern irrigation 3 times over a week for a parts return as I had the wrong part. Never received an email back. No phone number. Now I’m stuck with parts I can’t use”

“Your product of the ramp is so touchy,sometimes it works and other a complete failure. It should be made of heavy materials. It tips over and tractor doesn’t stay on. The shank is way too short. You need to improve it Lots. I would never recommend to others”

“My problem isn't with you, but with FedEx. My order hasn't arrived yet. The original date that it was to be delivered was Sunday, August 29th. My order sat for several days in Perrysburg, Ohio and now for several more days in Oak Park, Michigan. This isn't a new problem with FedEx.”
