“Price was right; shipment went out quickly; FedEx failed to notify me the package had been delivered, which delayed installation by a day; after installation, the well pump failed to operate; I tripple-checked wiring and found it in order; and, I'm waiting for a well repair electrician to verify the product arrived inoperable OR I MADE SOME MISTAKE INSTALLING - stay tuned for follow-up details.”

“I needed a Low Flow Valve diaphragm. The only way to get one is order the whole valve. Got the valve used the diaphragm and stored the valve and solenoid. It would be nice if you supported your products better.”

“The service and pricing were good, I wish the communication was a little bit better. I was told that my shipment was arriving one day, but everything was not in it. I had to send an email finding out that the rest of the parts were coming in another shipment, which would have been fine if I was notified at of time.”

“Process to purchase was easy. Quick delivery, however the installed is still unable to get pump to operate properly so I've been over 3 months without running water in my home. Hopefully, a new installer can figure out what is wrong. 🤣”

“My order was filled rapidly. A tracking number was provided for a label with my order confirmation but not for the shipper that delivered. No actual shipment notification but Eastern Irrigation staff were quick to respond to my request for an update. My order arrived ahead of schedule. I will keep Eastern Irrigation on my go-to list for future needs and purchases.”

“The valve i ordered arrived as scheduled and met all the requirements. Service was excellent and professional. Prior to it arriving I was able to repair the old valve (the sprinkled company couldnt do it). Once repaired, I no longer needed the valve I ordered. They were very quick to respond to my return request and sent a return label within hours. My only disappiontment was the amount the deducted for the return. However, they issued the credit within a few days. how I do business with them again? Yes, I would, I would just be more careful when orering to avaiod any return charges.”

“The item (3/4 HP pump) arrived as ordered. Delivery was little slow and the package was beat up but the pump appeared to be OK. Slow delivery was most likely due to FedEx delays as I have not had the best experience with them. But then, the shipping was free and the pump price was very good.”
