“Returned a pump that was never opened didn't even let the FedEx driver take it off of the truck. Charged almost a 100 dollars for returning it, won't every do business with them again.”

“I not very happy. My first order I had to send back, because my tractor sprinkler wheel was completely broken. I reordered a new one and I received it and now this one is cracked. I’m going to send this one back and hopefully my next one comes back with no issues.”

“I ordered some sprinkler nozzles, They sent me the wrong ones. I sent an email detailing my order compared to what I was sent. The next day, I received an email to return the order along with a notice I will be charged a restocking fee. They did not address the order I placed. Why should I pay a restocking fee when they sent me the wrong order? I will never work with them again. I can't even get a phone number to speak with someone.”
