I reached out to customer service, and Rosie was unhelpful she insisted the issue was with the frame I ordered, not the print itself. It’s very unusual to advertise a print in inches and then send a completely different size.
No refund or reprint was offered, just told to buy another frame. Messages were then ignored.
A real shame, as the product quality was there, but the service completely let it down. Avoid.”

We’re really sorry to hear you were disappointed with your order.
After checking your order and conversation with our support team, the print you received was produced to the correct regional size specification. As explained during the exchange, our UK/EU prints are produced in metric sizes, which can differ slightly from inch-based ready-made frames, and this is clearly explained out in the artwork specification / sizing information on our website, which you admitted you did not read before buying your frame. We also checked the measurements you sent, which aligned with the expected size for the artwork.
It was also acknowledged that the issue was with the frame rather than a cutting error, and we then explained why a replacement would be the same size. We also offered a full refund if you wished to return the artwork.
We always want customers to be happy, and we appreciate the feedback. Going forward, we’ll keep reviewing how we present sizing information so it is as clear as possible before purchase.
