"Terrible service, just lie after lie and Daniel you have kept my deposit for far too long.\r\nNot only was the car damaged, the fuel gauge did not work, which is pretty important in a rental car. Most positive reviews are written by staff and framily, do not believe them. All the cars they offer are old, and ours had hail damaged according to staff, so don't worry you have full protection and don't need to take photos. Please save yourself the pain, and find another company. SCAM ALERT!!!"

"!!!Look at my pictures, we got scammed, never book this company!!!!\r\nWe rented a car, we were going to get a Toyota Corolla, I also paid for this. once downstairs in the garage they drive up with a beat up Fiat Tipo???? Way cheaper car but alright we wanted to leave quickly so we accepted the car. 1 day later we were still in Sofia, I spontaneously had a tire blowout in a parking spot, I contacted them and they tell me to solve it myself, look what the picture says, FUll PROTECTION there was no jack in the car. angrily called them at first we couldn't get another car and then suddenly we could.\r\nAnd this whole time we had a baby of 6months in our car.\r\nOn the way to their company the engine light also came on. Then back to them we could suddenly get the Toyota? Unfortunately, after half a day this car again gave a no oil message. added oil yourself. absolutely no damage. car returned. now 5 weeks later no response about the deposit. WhatsApp messages and telephone calls are not responded I called from a private number, and then suddenly they said that I damaged a tire and damaged the bumper. and then they hung up. a big scam!!!!"
