Same experience as others. They take money 30 days before your service is due to finish and now won't give me money back for 12 months of service I don't want and won't use”
“Awful company, don't use. I have used them for years and always paid over the phone as I refuse to use auto renew. They just took £121 from my bank account and when I complained and said I no longer want to use their services, they said that I have set my account to auto renew, but I hadn't and they won't refund my money.!!!”
“A bunch of thieves and robbers, I had a website that i hadn't realised was on auto renew, they changed my expiry date to continue collecting payments and when I tried to cancel the services which they take money for 30 days in advance of the services beginning the only offered a 50% refund when the services were not even supplied

“Moved our domains away due to costs – BUT Even though I transferred the domain away the month before - They still took payment from my credit card for a domain that was no longer under their control
They claim it was set to Auto Renew but once you have paid the ridiculous Transfer Away fee the domains in question disappear from your control panel anyway hence unable to change anything relating to it
As such I have had to take this up with my credit card company as an unauthorised payment
I will not be using them again nor would I recommend them”
“Where to start, premium hosting for £180 except there's nothing premium about it, average server response was between 12 and 58 seconds, most other host servers respond in less than 2 seconds! Nobody waits that l9ng for a page to load, they just assume your sites down and go off it.
They took money taken from my bank over 2 months before the renewal was due to try and prevent me from cancelling and then refused to refund it and try to force me to hace there services instead of my money back that they shouldn't of taken in the first place.
If you contact them over any issues all you get back is sales pitches trying to get you to spend more money.
This company should be should down!
There blatantly stealing from people.
If anyone else reading this has experienced the same then contact your bank and report it as a fraudulent charge and explain to the bank what's happened and your bank will sort it out and get your money back for you, don't believe easyspaces lies! You do have rights and you can claim your money back by contacting your own bank.
They've done the same to that many people that they haven't got a leg to stand on.”
“A company that has gone from good to bad to worse. Services and support slashed and hidden costs introduced all over the place. To make things worse, they make moving your services away from them vindictively and financially painful.
BEWARE: Open a support ticket to have them explain the process of moving your services away from them before trying to initiat the process through the Web site!!!! If you do not you WILL be burnt!”
“Worked with Easyspace as a customer for more than 15 years.
Their prices are always the most expensive and gradually shift all services to another provider.
Last week 31oct2021 cancelled my last service, a dedicated server with a bill dated 06nov2021.
Easyspace charged my credit cards 130GBP for the service due on 06nov2021 and they do not want to do a refund.
Service billed monthly and not required anymore.
They claim that you need to cancel 1 month before and they don't have a refund policy, how to cancel a service 1 month before if it is a monthly service.
The support and sales team are rude and non ethical and with no customer support education.
I do not recommend any person to deal with Easyspace as no respect to customers and their policies and terms are hidden and not clear and you'll end up losing money.”
“I have been with them for many years. I received an email about renewal of my domains. I went and cancelled my auto renew a full month before they were due but they took the money the MONTH before. When asked for them to refund it I was told they did not have the facilities to refund it, over £200! Looks like I will be resorting to taking them to court. My recommendation is not to use these cowboys as they clearly don't care!”
“I have been with this company for many years with their prices going up and up and up, eventually I decided to move away from them but today I felt very duped by this company and this only goes to re-inforce my feelings about EasySpace (Basically always after the $$$'s) I was charged for services (and add-on services) that are now not even with them, which means they couldnt even even deliver them, also the invoices are dated a month after the payment (they attempted to take payment before the services have been provided or invoiced for services they cannot deliver).
I asked them to tell me when and how the auto services were enabled and send me proof that I did this and agreed to it, because this is something I would not do, I like to be in control of what gets renewed - beware of Easyspace in my opinion they operate in an underhand way, also they are very expensive.”

“Enormous price hike on a hosting package. £100+ on previous year. Thank god i turned off the sneaky auto renew feature. Going to cancel my card on file just to be sure. Shady and untrustworthy!!!”
“Like others, I too have become a 'victim' to the autorenewal process - no advance notification to give me the option to consider whether I want their services - which I don't - have never used the domain anyway - complete waste of time and their so called terms and conditions are totally skewed in their favour. Appalling and to be avoided at all cost!”
“Awful service. Took my money to register a new domain. Their rubbish platform kept telling me it was being setup. Contacted them the next day and they said actually there was an issue but they cant look at it for two days. I then went to a genuine provider and registered the same domain in seconds. Awful platform, awful broken service and customer service is no existent. Avoid at all costs.
It's been 3 days and still waiting for a refund.”
“I've been with Easyspace for 12 years but started not to renew my services about 4 years ago after I looked at competitors and found Easyspace's web tools, control panel etc were something out the 1990s in comparison. Immediately, I received threatening emails, using language like " you are in default" - I wasn't, services had lapsed normally and I had switched off auto renew. 19 calls, texts and emails later, I called them and requested they not contact me. Of course they did. Since GDPR was implemented, my last 2 domains have expired and I've had increased harassment, even writing to their CEO and Director of Marketing. I've called numerous times and every time the call centre say I won't get any more, then they spam me again, incessant texts whilst in meetings, three emails in the space of a single hour and (so far) 4 calls where I told them on the first one I didn't want the services. Aside from data protection law, there is also Consumer Protection from Unfair Trading and these guys need a lesson in both. Appalling, unethical, boiler room marketing company, don't sign up, YOU'll NEVER BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE and their services are archaic.”
“One by one i have taken all my business away from easyspace. they block email accounts for no reason then require you to buy extra services to get it up and running again! Only to block it again a few months later. At one point my hosting was down longer than it was up. I have switched over to go daddy. They at least seem to be more honest and reliable, don't waste you time and money with this crowd. they really are rubbish.”
“No notification NO contact just stopped me logging in as my storage was full.
Why an email would have gone along way. To even get back in to delete some storage have to buy more.”
“1. Automatically take your money for expiring domain with NO NOTIFICATION whatsoever.
2. They charge £20.15 to renew a .co.uk domain. This is double what it would cost to register a new domain.
3. If you want to move a domain to a different host, they will charge you £18.00
