“I gave it to my mum on her 81st birthday, who normally expects flowers that make her really happy as she likes flowers very much. This was not only different, but unexpected and delightful. She said she'll keep the shortbread and won't eat them.”

“THE BISCUITS WERE EXCELLENT, THE ORDER CAN THROUGH VERY QUICKLY. REALLY IMPRESSED WITH THE SERVICE AND TASTE. I BOUGHT THESE AS PART OF MY GRANDDAUGHTERS 16TH BIRTHDAY.”

“I got these a fun surprise treat for my wife's birthday (not the only thing I got her I hasten to add!) The photo's looked clear as possible on the biscuit and the actual shortbread biscuit itself was tasty. Delivery was swift with no problem as it was posted through the letterbox and despite a drop to the hard floor, it didn't break the biscuits. I have to add that the ordering process was easy and it was clear how to upload the photo's various places they were stored on my computer. All in all, love the product and concept and will definitely use again for other purposes. Many thanks”

Our cakes are all made using fresh ingredients to cake shop recipes and we are frequently complimented on the taste of our cakes in comparison to our competitors. We're sorry that on this occassion, you didn't feel your cake met this quality. In terms of the print quality, as we are printing using edible ink onto fondant icing some of the more intricate details may sometimes be lost as it is not an exact science as mentioned in our print guidelines and terms & conditions. “Delivery was on time. Cake was well packaged. The cake itself wasn't the best. The picture I sent over had a distinct blue tinge. This same photo was sent to other companies to be put on other items and the image was perfect with the colours as they should be. The sponge cake was dry. It was eaten the day after delivery so shoudnt have been dry. Such a shame especially as the cake cost a lot..... £65!”

Hi Sarah, We've tried to contact you directly however we have not received a reply from you. We do our best to colour match however it is not always possible to get a perfect match with edible ink onto fondant icing in the same way that if you printed the same image from several different makes of normal printers, the colour reproduction would always vary. Our cakes are freshly baked from scratch using raw ingredients to cake shop recipes. We receive frequent compliments on our cakes in comprison to our competitiors who often use cake mixes.
