“The order process and delivery was good. Unfortunately the cake wasn't quite as good as I thought it would be. The panel with the photo on had become loose and had bubbled up and the ribbon around the base of the cake was also loose. Expensive for what it is.”

We have put a lot of time and research into the courier packaging that we use, however on this occasion we are sorry to hear that your cake seems to have been slightly damaged in transit. “The biscuits where lovley but the pictures on top just looked poorly executed”

“All the photos came back blurred! If the original photo quality was poor you should be told before placing the order. Even though I only had to pay delivery they were a present to my husband. Also something was in the packaging that's scratched a couple of the pictures”
