I've never been so confused by a electricity bill. It's estimated readings are wildly over. I've had bills sent for the property to the letting agency, as well as sending to me, which I had to sort out. Customer service is unresponsive at worse and slow beyond believe on a good day.

Terrible! Backdated us £450 in energy for a 2 bed flat, new monthly bill for gas and electricity is now £200.

Have been with Ecotricity for years -business customer. Used to be good-now no one answers your call-even before pandemic. Tried submitting a meter reading online (their estimates are way out) but it would not accept my submission unless I entered a gas reading. I do not have gas! Hopeless.

Used to be decent provider- now never answer a call. Rubbish
