“Easidrive 's initial response to my accident was excellent but the matter hasn't yet been resolved. I still don't have a driveable car and feel that I've been left with my problem unresolved.”

“Easidrive were chosen by my insurance company. An appropriate car was chosen for my needs. The car was delivered at the date / time agreed. Drivers delivering and collecting were friendly, polite and helpful.”

“I used Easidrive recently coz my van had been written off by the insurance company and I was very happy with the customer service and the vehicle service and very happy to have an English call centre at dealing with my problem at the time Many Thanks Easidrive 👍👍”

“Particularly impressed with the prompt response from your organisation after the accident involving my vehicle.Jon the courier who deliver my courtesy car could not have been more accommodating. He did his best to sort out problems which manifested themselves with the initial hire vehicle and resolved the issue satisfactorily.However l do think it would be a good idea to contact the recipient of the hire car before a vehicle is delivered so that subject to availability the size,type of vehicle the customer would be comfortable with can be established.”
