Eden’s response? A repair quote for £1,665.00, then a generous 25% discount to prove they “care.”
If this is what “approved used” customer care looks like, it’s nothing more than marketing gloss. No ownership of the problem, no real accountability, just a token gesture that still leaves you with a huge bill for something that should never have failed.
