Why is edf allowed to treat customer's so badly and get away with it , what rights do we have, iv tried to leave edf twice, but get referred back to them, im elderly and really really fed up with this treatment im at my wits end

Why is edf so expensive when they are one of the largest companies, and wy isnt there a special deal for the elderly whn other companies offer this, also wht is it so hard to leave to go to.a cheaper co. Especially if yr an oap

I have been asking since 2 October to be refunded all the money that EDF have taken off me. I have left EDF and gone to a new provider because EDF took so much money off me. I have been given so many reasons why I have not been refunded. I gave my final meter reading to EDF and now today EDF want my new provider to provide the final meter reading! WHY? I WANT my money back.

I had an old gas meter taken away MONTHS ago I asked for a new gas meter which they delivered and set up. I told em want a gas smart meter like my electric meter. They sed be bk in TWO WEEKS.NIL HAS HAPPENED ! IM SICK OF WAITING!!

I am trying to top up my electricity and the meter is showing a d6 error. I have cleaned it as recommended but nothing has worked. How do I get electric if it goes off as I will not get emergency? Plus there is £20 on the key which I will need transferred if I need a new key. Please help!

I was with green energy however they have closed down and passed onto you,look through the comments about EDF and it seems you are an appalling company,I will have to think very carefully before I join,at the moment Octopus seems to be the best company
