“ I have been with EDF for a number of years now I got through to a delightful female EDF Telephone employee She was amazing at a time in my life when I feel very vulnerable (loss of husband of 42 years in January) This lovely person helped me change my tarrif without charge to a much more affordable one when I had been locked in to a less affordable one before the government dropped the prices She was patient and very empathetic so thank you EDF for providing a fantastic service Grateful on every level ”
