“I ordered birthday gift set to be delivered to my niece, she only received partial of the ordered i paid for. There were 2 missing cupcakes and a red rose, both were included in gift set. My niece sent me a photo showing missing paid items. I found this wrong, dishonest and upsetting. I plan to report this to the FTC. Never received an apology and they didn't even give back a partial refund for the two missing items. I don't recommend them to anyone. They rob you. Beware people”
“Let’s start off by saying unpaid extra to have it delivered in an hour on 5/13/26 and we are now on 5/14/26 and first it was 8 stops away now it’s 10 stops away , bad business when you pay to have it delivered in an hour don’t offer something you can’t deliver . This is the white plains location”

“I ordered fruit plate around 1pm on mother's day cost me $160 including a good amount of tip so maybe I can get my wife's gift on a timely manner. The fruit plate came @11pm and just place it on the floor without knocking the door and didn't follow any instructions whatsoever. The fruit plate was ok except you wouldn't try to eat them cuz looks like someone digged on it and took it or ate all the middle part of it. So the next day I called and spoke to the employees and said they will replace it and send me a new one 2 days after this happened. So I got another one which made us excited but when we got the product it was actually worse than the 1st delivery. I just want my money back. This is the worse experienced I've had in so many years. Mother's day present was completely ruined. I hope and pray nobody will experience this anymore and I hope they can do better service for all the customers that are still trying to order from edible arrangements.”

“Recently placed order for Mother’s Day with note on delivery time. I called in addition to make sure they knew about delivery time. They told me they have until 9pm to deliver and they would do their best. Then I get an email that they attempted delivery and it was unsuccessful. Totally ruined my Mother’s Day gift to my mom. “I ordered edible arrangements Friday evening for Mother’s Day. The website let me go on pick out an arrangement. I paid for the arrangement and then received a tracking number the next day. Today is Mother’s Day and I looked up the order number and it said that it was received by the local shop, but it was not crafted yet. I called the local store to see why it was running late and they told me that on Friday they canceled my order and refunded me back my money. Now that it’s 4 PM on Mother’s Day I am left high and dry without anything for my mother. This is not the first time the edible arrangements has dropped the ball. I will never use them again due to their lack of efficiency. When I called corporate about this, corporate said we did our part by refunding you and they had no sympathy for any of this. This business will end up going out of business with how poor they’re ordering system is and how bad their customer service services.”
“The order itself was all wrong but too top it off the Store manager was rude and didn’t help the situation. Harden St. store Columbia SC. Things were missing the number balloons were 12$ a piece and were the smallest balloons with no helium. The flowers were damaged ..the hour delivery wasn’t a hour. Etc.”
“On delivery day 3/12/26 my order status updated at 1pm noting “the order was out for delivery with three deliveries ahead of me”. By 5pm Still no delivery, so I called the store inquiring about the status. The owner was extremely rude & unforgiving. When the order finally arrived to my niece @ 6:45pm it was completely disheveled, warm fruit, melted chocolate, half the fruit had fallen in the bag and a string with no balloon. This store is 5-10 minutes from the delivery address. I want every dime back and a comp sent to my niece for the embarrassment, inconvenience & horrible customer service.”
“Store 335 Clermont - ordered a Surprise fruit basket to be delivered to a hotel for my wife. Driver did not have last name on ticket and Calls my with, the recipient!! Ruined the surprise!!! Office staff - lady with thick accent stay away !! They are screwed up at 335”
“The worst service you could probably think off, two orders placed, but some rocket scientist decided to split orders to two different stores, the first nice , prompt, well done, the second we had to cancel dinner reservations for valentines and its 8pm and still no show. and what there great response, we have till 9 pm to deliver.

"Deliver Nationwide" but shipping with DHL with no dry ice or insulation to ensure the freshness of the product, by the time it was received the bouquet was rotten. What a waste of money and time!!”
“I have order an arrangement for my mom’s birthday and when it arrived she opens it amd notices that the fruits were not fresh. Strawberries had black spots on them and the melon and cantalope had no taste to it. Really poor quality.
We contact customer service few times and kept getting different excuses . A week pass and we still waiting to hear from them like they have promised.
I will never going to order from them again and differently will tell everyone I know not to order from them.”
“Ordered from the Denton TX location, for a local delivery. It was for a 90th birthday. Their tracking system said it was delivered, but when I checked with the recipient 2 days later - nothing. Called the office, and they said oh, recipient wasn't home...so should we try again? I thought that was a good idea!
No initiative, no apology. But they did charge up-front obviously.”
