On delivery day 3/12/26 my order status updated at 1pm noting “the order was out for delivery with three deliveries ahead of me”. By 5pm Still no delivery, so I called the store inquiring about the status. The owner was extremely rude & unforgiving. When the order finally arrived to my niece @ 6:45pm it was completely disheveled, warm fruit, melted chocolate, half the fruit had fallen in the bag and a string with no balloon. This store is 5-10 minutes from the delivery address. I want every dime back and a comp sent to my niece for the embarrassment, inconvenience & horrible customer service.

Store 335 Clermont - ordered a Surprise fruit basket to be delivered to a hotel for my wife. Driver did not have last name on ticket and Calls my with, the recipient!! Ruined the surprise!!! Office staff - lady with thick accent stay away !! They are screwed up at 335

The worst service you could probably think off, two orders placed, but some rocket scientist decided to split orders to two different stores, the first nice , prompt, well done, the second we had to cancel dinner reservations for valentines and its 8pm and still no show. and what there great response, we have till 9 pm to deliver. Never again !!!

I ordered a delivery for my son’s 21st birthday as a surprise and it was delivered two weeks early. Unacceptable.

The order was never delivered on the date of delivery. I had to go to the store to get an update. No one answers the phone. DO NOT buy anything from this store. The customer service is non existent. The workers were dressed as if they were off the streets. Unprofessional and no sense of urgency. I should have read the prior reviews before i ordered from them. They have a 2.7 out of 5.

Very nicely arranged, but unfortunately most of the fruit lacked flavor . Very disappointing. Had a nice large fruit bowl from Publix, very tasty. While I understand you don’t make the fruit , you just arrange it , I thought you should know how far you fell short. Gary Rosenthal

Absolute and total rip off. Money wasted. Value is less than 10% of what they charge. Impossible to complain. Bah Humbug. Buyer beware

Don't waste your money! Customer service is terrible, missed the order and delivery, had to call and email multiple times. "Deliver Nationwide" but shipping with DHL with no dry ice or insulation to ensure the freshness of the product, by the time it was received the bouquet was rotten. What a waste of money and time!!

I have order an arrangement for my mom’s birthday and when it arrived she opens it amd notices that the fruits were not fresh. Strawberries had black spots on them and the melon and cantalope had no taste to it. Really poor quality. We contact customer service few times and kept getting different excuses . A week pass and we still waiting to hear from them like they have promised. I will never going to order from them again and differently will tell everyone I know not to order from them.

Ordered from the Denton TX location, for a local delivery. It was for a 90th birthday. Their tracking system said it was delivered, but when I checked with the recipient 2 days later - nothing. Called the office, and they said oh, recipient wasn't home...so should we try again? I thought that was a good idea! No initiative, no apology. But they did charge up-front obviously.

Edible Arrangements IS the place you DO NOT WANT TO GO TO!!! THIS IS MY SECOND CHANCE I TOOK WITH THEM AND THEY HAVE FALSE ADVERTISEMENT. THEIR IS NO 1 HOUR DELEIVERY. LET'S SAY MORE LIKE 2 DAYS DELIVERY AFTER THEY HAVE GOTTEN YOUR MONEY. NO CALL BACK, NO ANSWERING THE PHONE. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY THE SOUTHSIDE LOCATION.

To whom it may concern, I write this message with a heavy unsatisfied heart because this is not a WOW moment. I ordered a beautiful birthday edible arrangement and personal sized cheesecake for my boss's birthday on Feb 22, to be delivered on Feb 26. Although the order was delivered on Feb 26, to my dismay,it was only partially delivered. The cheesecake was missing. This was an important part of the order because my boss can only have cheesecake once a year and he was going to indulge for his birthday. As soon as I was notified that the cheesecake was not delivered with the edible arrangement, I immediately contacted the store. They were very gracious and stated they would redeliver the following day, Feb 27, and they did. However, the disappointment only continues. Instead of a cheesecake, there was a personal sized cupcake. I sincerely appreciate the redeliver and assistance to resolve the 1st order mistake but now my boss is still without cheesecake. Thank you for trying to fix the order. I hope in the future, should I attempt to place another order, I will not be let down. Thank you again.

I think it’s a neat idea so decided to try them for the first time and send them to my husband’ hotel as a special pick-me-up when he’s been so stressed out at work. Well the fruit flowers didn’t arrive and no one contacted me. I found out they didn’t arrive because I had to ruin the surprise and ask my husband about it. So I called them this morning (yeah I called THEM, no one contacted me) and they said they can refund me 50% and if I still want them I can order again. HUH??? I’m paying 50% for a product that didn’t arrive??? No way. So I told them no I want a full refund and am not interested in the flowers anymore. They couldn’t give me a full refund! So I ask for a manager and was told they’ll get back to me later. Meanwhile I write on their FB about my experience and it took them 20 seconds to ban me from commenting, yet no one got back to my private message, emails, phone calls yesterday? Hmmmmmmmm. Anyways, once they called me back they said they still can only refund 50% and as a courtesy this one time, they’ll still deliver. Funny thing is, I told them I don’t want them anymore for good reason - my husband won’t be in that hotel anymore! What a joke. I guess the hotel staff can enjoy this overpriced treat. They lost my business forever, which is such a shame because I was planning to order some for my moms bday next week but now I know to look for something else and to stay clear of this company forever!
