“I placed a order for my Sisters Birthday, after I confirmed the order guess what they added a TIP, I sent a message to them, still waiting for a response, you do not add anything to a persons order without ther consent, If you keep the charge for a TIP then I will never, I repeat never do business with your firm again, and mke sure anyone that ask I will tell them no avoid your company like the plague”
“We are a corporate company that orders arrangements all the time for our employees for different occasions. I recently ordered an arrangement that cost $93.48 and I was surprised at how it looked, very sloppily arranged and fruit was not very fresh. It did not look like the picture on their website, I don't expect them to all be arranged in the exact same order but at least put the fruits that are shown in the arrangement in the one you are making and arrange it as close as possible!!! I called the store and asked for the manager and of course they were not there and I never got a return call. This was at Edible Arrangements - 1426 520 Commack Rd Deer Park, NY 11729 - SHAME ON YOU!! You don't run a business this way, I will not order from Edible anymore- will be trying Fruitbouquets.com next time!!”
