“This is a perfect example of how a quality company operates. From initial contact with the salesman, through to the girls in the office who always kept me informed. And finally to the lads who installed the panels. Craig and Roy were courteous throughout. They were clean and tidy in their work, and put in a very long shift (more than 12 hours) to ensure the installation was completed in the timescales promised by the company. Well done all concerned.”

“Delighted with EEC and everyone I dealt with from the surveyor, Admin staff to the chaps that fitted the panels. The surveyor was great, the Admin Team were attentive and helpful and the chaps that fitted the solar panels were on time, kept my garden clean at all times and were friendly and personably and the whole team were knowledgeable and answered any and all questions that I had for them. Highly recommend them.”

“Very pleased with the service received. Craig Ball and Roy Roberts arrived on time and worked effectively together. Both were very helpful and informative. We have 2 dogs so initially I was a bit worried about the work being carried out with them in the house however they both were extremely respectful and careful of our house and the dogs safety. I would strongly recommend them.”

“With the general reputation in the solar industry (cf double-glazing 20 years ago!) I was pretty wary of dealing with EEC, as I would have been with any company. The salesman (Andy) was - well... - a salesman! But a lot less pushy than many, and generally answered our questions well and was responsive to our specific needs. The installation team (Guy and Jim), that had been given star billing by Andy, actually did live up to their reputation! Very hard-working, they did their best to accommodate our wishes, including running the main cables in a much more difficult location than they could have chosen and generally leaving things clean and tidy. The equipment is functioning extremely well so far, and if it continues to do so, I will consider the price I paid to have been money very well spent. If I have a criticism, it's that the company goes to almost painful lengths to cover its (and, I suppose, my) backside by confirming everything in writing and on the telephone. It gets a bit wearing, but at least you know that everything has been carefully recorded. Overall, precious little to complain about so far.”

“A very professional company from start to finish. The salesman arrived on time, neatly dressed; answered all our questions and left an information pack for us to study at our leisure. No pressure was applied. The quality of the products spoke for themselves and the price was value for money. One week after ordering, the fitters arrived on time (one roofer and an electrician). Again steps were explained and questions answered. There was minimum intrusion within the home and the 16 solar panels look great on the roof. It's real buzz to see the meter wheel outside going backwards!! Wished we had made the decision to go solar years ago. Would highly recommend this company.”

“Excellent salesman, office staff and fitters. The two young fitters arrived at 8.30 a.m. and were finished by 1.00 p.m. They were incredibly well organised, the wiring to the inverter and the meter was extremely neat, the solar panels were well set out with no damage to the roof tiles. The two fitters cleared all the rubbish and only requested a glass of water each. The office has been particularly helpful with the filling out of all the forms. I would not hesitate in recommending the company.”

“Our installation went very smoothly with no issues. Both Craig the roofer and Jake the electrician worked tremendously hard throughout the day and the installation went very smooth with no issues. These two lads are truly a credit to the company, their attitude and their behaviour whilst in our home was truly professional and they both deserve to be acknowledged for this as they are portraying a very good image for the business. The office staff are also, pleasant and are very prompt and efficient when sending out the associated paperwork and also with follow up calls to see if you are happy with the installation. Overall we are extremely pleased with the complete service from start to finish, a truly professional company.”

“From the initial contact we were really impressed with EEC Solar, information was emailed to us to consider before the surveyor visited us at home, we didn't feel under pressure to buy and all our questions were politely answered, we took our time and sought other quotes but for us no other company matched this one. The installation was carried out efficiently and time was taken to explain the system afterwards. All the paperwork needed for our energy supplier was emailed and then posted to us with duplicate copies for our own records and support was on hand to help us to complete it. We would recommend EEC Solar for their excellent customer service and value for money.”

“Many thanks to Craig the electrician & Peter the roofer who came to fit my solar PV system. It was a horrible day, wet & windy, but they just got on with it in a very professional manner & with good humour. Arrived at 7.50am & system was complete & producing electricity by 4.20pm...And, we had a laugh !! Would have no hesitation in recommending EEC. I decided on them after quotes from 3 other companies. The thing which clinched the deal for me was the fact of how long they have been established & the variety of services they offer, ie all their eggs are not in the Solar PV basket. The price of the system & guarantee given were also unrivalled. Brilliant.”
