“We moved from "wonder if solar panels would be any good for us" to fitted in three weeks. The service, information and civility that we have received has been nothing short of fantastic. From the minute Adam Killa entered our house we felt completely at ease and just knew that we were getting good advice with no pressure to buy. All the people that we have dealt with at ECCO have the same customer care ethic. The product must be 100% correct for the customer, not as so often happens these days that the customer is made to fit the product.”

“The whole process from buying to fitting the solar panels has been exceptionally explained Adam on the sales side is a ambassador for the company , all the ins and outs of the solar process is explained in a simple way so all purchasers understand how the process works. Hannah in the office keeps track of all that is happening each stage of the installation. The installation gents the electrician and the roofer keep you informed off all the work as it is installed. After the installation head office keep you up to date with all documentation and guide you through the forms to register with your electricity supplier. In all the whole process is ran like a well oiled clock , we are very pleased so far.”

“Very impressed with customer service all the work from survey though to fitting and finally the energy rating survey was carried out at time arranged. All paper work arrived by return post and within 2 weeks energy company informed of solar panel fit !”

“I had 3 companies representatives visit my home to provide quotes for installing Solar panels. Of these only EEC presented themselves as knowledgable, with no "sign up here" pressure, providing brochures of the equipment they will install and the standards by which they work. The installers again arrived on time and with minimum disturbance installed and explained the equipment to me. I also got all the documentation required for the FIT scheme and help to fill in the forms. I would recommend EEC to anybody.”
