I we generally very pleased with the service. Quick and efficient. We was surprised to have the panels in and working so quickly. A couple of points that would have helped the overall feel good factor. Firstly - one of the reasons for choosing EEC was because we felt that a good job was going to be done on the fixing to our slate roof. I had been told fixing to slate roofs cost more because of the time involved in cutting the slate and adding the lead flashing. We was fine with this and felt that it would be down well and it was something that was important to us. When the guys came to do the fitting they used solar limpets. This did not match to our expectations. The fitter explained that they were a new and better method. He explained how it worked and suggested that I look at the website which I did. The reason for saying this is because it is all about customer expectation. Getting what you thought you were paying for. It would have greatly helped if we had been told about the change rather than us feeling a little concerned on the day that we were getting what we paid for. Secondly I think it would have helped if we could have had a definitive agreement on where the invertor would go before the installation. The place that we were expecting to put it was not big enough. The back up plan was not big enough either. I felt put on the stop to make a decision which could have been thought about before the installation. I would therefore recommend that the survey ensures that the invertor will fit in the proposed site rather than leave it to a rushed decision on the day. I hope that you find these comments helpful. Process was simple from start to finish, having some issues with the monitoring but they are helping me with that.

Phoned today to ask EEC can ensure that the scaffold required for our PV installation next week is removed by Friday, as it will be in our neighbour's garden, and we want to minimize the inconvenience. Phoned by Jocelyn to confirm that this had been arranged. Very pleased with the positive response!

Quick easy and competent survey, arrangements made for fitting which were hampered by the weather (high winds) as soon as weather improved final fitting and commissioning took place swiftly. So far very satisfied with all concerned in the job. EEC staff very helpful with questions they must get daily

A few hiccups along the way but the product is good and the professionalism of the staff is unsurpassed. I would of preferred a bit of help from the person that was my primary contact with the company, in relation to the form filling that was required by me at the end. I did spend a fraught seven hours trying to get an answer from British Gas about an Account Number I didn't have (or need) but which they asked for. A little bit of thought into what information the customers need in the form filling side of things and what at the end seemed like a fraught process would of been a smooth path. I do not criticize the staff that sold me the system, installed the system or tried to help via the help desk - but a bit of thought need to go into the post installation experience for the customer as I was pulling my hair out at one stage.

Very pleased with fitters and customer services were really helpful. Scaffolding was still up over a week but overall every thing went smoothly. A satisfied customer.

My experience of this company to date is very positive. The sales team have been very supportive and have given good advice I believe. Their surveyor was personable and answered any concerns I had about the proposed installation and my application has been acknowledged by phone in a professional manner. The proof of the pudding will be how the installation of the panels is handled and how the system beds in.

A good service every thing went well, a good clean job, help with the paper work to register the system but shortly after the installation I got a roofing nail in my car tyre and with it been a run flat I had to have a new tyre at the cost of £190 I also found at least another eight nails on the drive that had come of the roof. If the roofer had picked the old nails up there wouldn't have been a problem, I also retrieved a couple more nail of the roof before they could cause any more problems.

We had a quite complex installation which took some time in reaching the installation phase. However EEC worked with us and at a fantastic price to ensure we got what we wanted, when we wanted it (give or take). The aftercare has been great and I know that if I have any questions or concerns that they will help me out quickly and without complaint. Overall, very happy with our installation and looking forward to a bright future... the brighter the better from a solar PV point of view!
