“As far as I am aware the installation has been completed fully and on time by a helpful and competent team. The only problems have been a switch which failed and an apparently inoperative thermostat on the immersion heater (not the installers' fault I hasten to add). These faults will be rectified< I hope, in the next couple of days. The senior electrician Rory showed great attention to detail and fitted all the various components in the meter box outside : he has also made an additional return visit to re-site the PV box better in the airing cupboard”

“Very pleased with the installation which was quick clean and efficient. The only problem encountered was that the scaffolding was installed without me being advised when. It was fortunate that I was in to move the cars!”

“Nothing bad to say, but wished we had been provided with more information on the Optimise Immersion Control which was offered as an add on and installed by EEC. We have experienced problems!”

“Generally everything progressed well from first contact. The only issue was that the installation date was changed several times and I was not always informed of this. However, the installation itself was very professionally done and the system is performing successfully.”

“The team who fitted our PC were very professional, knowledgeable and tidy. They did a very good job hiding wires and installing internal equipment. Scaffolding was up for too long and communication around the fitting was lapse.”

“Installation was good with prompt service on the day of installation. However we have had a problem with connecting to the Data Logger WiFi Stick which reported approximately a week after installation and are still waiting for the problem to be sorted.”

“Engineeers arrived on time and were very quick to complete work booked. Very windy morning but they were OK with ladder and solar panels upgrade. Too early to notice any improvement in performance, but will determine as time progresses.”
