“As far as I am aware the installation has been completed fully and on time by a helpful and competent team. The only problems have been a switch which failed and an apparently inoperative thermostat on the immersion heater (not the installers' fault I hasten to add). These faults will be rectified< I hope, in the next couple of days. The senior electrician Rory showed great attention to detail and fitted all the various components in the meter box outside : he has also made an additional return visit to re-site the PV box better in the airing cupboard”

“Very pleased with the installation which was quick clean and efficient. The only problem encountered was that the scaffolding was installed without me being advised when. It was fortunate that I was in to move the cars!”

“Generally everything progressed well from first contact. The only issue was that the installation date was changed several times and I was not always informed of this. However, the installation itself was very professionally done and the system is performing successfully.”

“The team who fitted our PC were very professional, knowledgeable and tidy. They did a very good job hiding wires and installing internal equipment. Scaffolding was up for too long and communication around the fitting was lapse.”
