“The experience was not good for me. It’s because their checkout procedures are unclear and it re directs you to input more information after it has already placed a hold for the transaction on your card. Then when you enter the requested information it re directs you to process payment again (it is misleading to the eye) then it processes your payment again. The original hold will fall off your card transactions as their policy stated (after the fact I read this) I did get my refund. I caught this trap before I processed the payment a 2nd time so luckily I just got my money back in 10 days and won’t further deal with the company after experiencing this feeling like they tried to trick me. This would be very inconvenient and costly especially if one didn’t have extra funds in the bank. ALL info must be submitted correctly including matching name address and phone numbers to correspond with your payment method, if not then you will have trouble. I think these guys are getting a bad rep due to the payment processing format and people not understanding behind the scenes safety measures and or not reading all disclosures beforehand. Fixing payment format/ options with clear instructions before placing money hold on card would most definitely help this company survive. Customer friendly checkout experience would have made me a returning customer I’m sure.”
