“I placed an order on eightvape.com, 10 days later I received my 20 items. I have issues with 18 or the ten items. I ordered two packs of coils, two packs of pod tanks, and 16- 1.8ml 40% of nicotine additive.
The 2 packs of coils were correct, but the tanks didn't fit the coils. When I told the company they said the order was filled correctly and all sales are final. They don't do refunds or returns.
On the website when you look for the tanks they only give you one option and when you scroll down it has both coils listed. So it misleads one to assume the tanks work with both kinds on coils. This is re first time buying tanks, or coils for the vape kit I own. So this time when I'm scrolling the page to see if I made some mistakes, I click and drag the page. I just happened to click on one of the coils that the tanks work with and then you notice the little box around it gets slightly darker and I almost didn't even realize it did that in my phone cuz it's so small and faint. But if I didn't do that there's no indication that you are actually supposed to choose and there's actually even a choice you just see both coils on the page for that tank. It should definitely have somewhere that there's a choice to be made when you order it there's no choice to be made like after you put it in your shopping cart cuz sometimes that's a thing when you order something online, but there was none of that.
So then with the 16 nicotine supplements those I have ordered on the streets in 1.8 ml 20% nicotine strength. When I open the these packages to mix it with the vape juice that I have I noticed the bottles that are the same size which is like a little tube is only half full of what it should be& it's like that on every bottle/tube that I opened. The company doesn't even acknowledge that at first. When I bring up my concerns that the website doesn't tell you that actually choose anything and they didn't even address the nicotine's additive they told me to contact the manufacturer.”

“Eightvape used to be good and reliable, not no more!, made my order September 1st this month, here it is September 19!, no delivery no nothing, was given bogus tracking number that when you Google it comes back as an old USPS number!, Aaron said once it says out for delivery it will be 2 days to reach my doorstep, it's been 8 days now!, only communication with customer service is through email and now they don't respond back at all after me asking for a refund and cancel my order, they don't give out their couriers name so I can't call them, downloaded the route app and it says invalid tracking number!, I have saved 3 months to get something from them, I live on limited income and being treated like this is sad and cruel!, they charge 7.10 for a adult signature required by federal law, some people I know have verified that the courier doesn't always do this, some just found their delivery on the porch, one found theirs on the car!, that is against the federal regulations and can bring heavy fines and even jail time!, I have reported them to the BBB, my next move if I don't get my money back is report to the federal trade commission!, many other blogs besides this one everyone is getting ripped off by them, on one it seems they respond to the bogus good reviews given, never the ones wanting their money back, this company is a disgrace now and needs to be shut down!. Do not order from them!, I will report them to every high authority I have to, I'm not one you rip off!. I do not trust them, if anyone has paid with a credit card I would contact your bank and let them know to not allow eightvape access to your account!.”

They chose a delivery service who couldn't figure out a very simple address and never delivered the package. After four weeks of emails back & forth, they refunded the purchase price but not shipping and adult signature. I paid for them to ship to me but they did not ship to me, or I'd have the item. I paid the signature fee but was never given the opportunity to sign anything. No adult (and no child) signed for that package, and no one was handed that package.
