“12 days in on a Smok Stick R22 and it just quit working. I bought extra coils and glass and it is just a piece of junk. It is a horrible design, leaks all over the place and you have to remove the coil to fill the tank. Eightvape would not stand behind what they sell. They said if it had been over 48 hours since delivery, nothing they could do. They are a third party. Next time I will go direct. I have placed several orders with them over the years.....Never again....I will tell my friends and they will tell their friends and so on and so on.....”

“Do not buy from this company. Very low quality of products. Bought a fogging mask with storm trooper face mask. The stormtrooper is the lowest quality dollar store plastic. It was attached with these large gaudy rhinestone pins that were wobbly. The actual rubber fog mask that it was attached to is like a child's size. Thin, and the breathing area doesn't align. Shipping was horrible packaged and slow. Received item and asked to return but the company said I needed to do it with in 14 days. Totally between purchase, Receiving, and opening, then contacting the company was within the 14days. But because they don't work weekends they said I was having buyers remorse. “This company does not stand behind its products or customers. Wouldn't replace a defective battery because it wasn't reported for 72 hours and they only accept returns in 48 hours. Reading other review about them showed me that this a common practice with them. Buyer Beware!”
“Overcharged on order of $40, a "CA vape excise tax of $17.25 on a $40 order. That tax is supposed to be 12.5%, meaning $7. Also they charge a USPS signature fee of $7.50 and USPS did not ask for a signature. Just dropped in my mailbox”

They sent me the order according to shipping notifications and it never arrived, contacted company and they sent me 15 bottles of 0 mg. I ordered 3 mg. When I contacted customer service they said there's nothing they can do about it because it's after the 2 day timeframe. I contacted them the day of, the day that it arrived, sent pictures, sent screenshots of conversations the day of and still nothing. They are refusing to refund me $150.00!! “I ordered $187 of vape juice. Half in 3 mg and half 6mg. When i got my order 1/2 of it was nic salt and a different company then what i orderd. They dont respond to emails and now im out $80. Terrible customer service, with NO PHONE NUMBER, just email that they dont respond to. Delivery was late, and the tracking never showed it leaving las vegas where it was shipped to.
