“Non-existent customer service. If they send you the wrong item they basically tell you “oh well, too bad for you” no refund for the product you did order and didn’t get and no offer to make it right.”
“These guys are crooks. Ordered a package--with insurance and signature required (that they charged me $6.95 for the "service").
Package never showed. They said that they found the order, but couldn't find the tracking and agreed to refund me. Then next day they miraculously found tracking that it was delivered. Not only was it not delivered, but even their records show it wasn't signed.
No phone number to call, you send an email and they get to it when they want to. And they will "close" your case and then not respond.
Total crooks.”

“I placed an order on November 29th, 2021. I STILL HAVEN'T GOTTEN IT! I've emailed numerous times. Tracking says attempted delivery 2 days ago but NOTHING since then and I have no idea who the shipping company is so I could contact them. When I vaped a year or so ago I ordered through them often and received my order quickly. That's obviously not the case now. I'm so frustrated it's not even funny!”

I, as well (like many others) got a tracking number that leads to the abyss after multiple attempts to get answers on my order. Either way, I won’t order from them again and I will have to have my CC company reverse the charges. I ordered November 17 and it is now December 3rd and I have yet to receive anything - no delivery, usable tracking number, or refund. “This is not a legit company. Ordered over 110.00 and paid Nov12th. Get emails everyday about their sales events, but yet they hadn't sent order out until I kept emailing I want a Full refund bc their website stated unfulfilled as of Nov25. I ordered from ecigmafia and had already received that order in this time frame. Eightvape then updated my order on the 25th as shipped with a fake shipping #. These people are scam artist and will try to steal your money.... just don't do it, save yourself the headache and hassle of dealing with chargeback with bank and most importantly not getting your juice or supplies which is what I really needed right now”
