Second order in a row that they "lost"
This is the second $100 order in a row that I have placed with EightVape that has been "lost". The first order took two months to arrive. I was told that the carrier lost it and when the order was remade, one of the items was out of stock. The second one was placed on 3/18 and I still haven't received it. I made sure to use a different carrier this time, but somehow EightVape claimed AGAIN that the carrier lost the order. I reached out to the carrier this time and they let me know that this is not true and they never received it. They said that EightVape told them that one of the items was out of stock. It is completely unacceptable that it takes a week to get a message back from EightVape and when you do, it's a lie putting the blame on another business. Thankfully my carrier for this order, Route, is very responsive and helpful and said that they were able to replace the order for me now that the items are back in stock. That was 5 days ago and EightVape has still not sent any notifications that they received the order, made the order, or shipped the order. I understand that the new USPS laws are causing some delays, but the communication, total time, lost orders, and excuses for why the orders haven't been fulfilled is really disappointing.
