These guys are crooks. Ordered a package--with insurance and signature required (that they charged me $6.95 for the "service").
Package never showed. They said that they found the order, but couldn't find the tracking and agreed to refund me. Then next day they miraculously found tracking that it was delivered. Not only was it not delivered, but even their records show it wasn't signed.
No phone number to call, you send an email and they get to it when they want to. And they will "close" your case and then not respond.
Total crooks.
