Wow! I made a 100 dollar order and it's been 10 days and my order has not even been shipped yet. I placed the order 4 days before leaving Italy hoping it would be shipped by the time I got back in the states. They took my money instantly. I've been in the states a week now and it hasn't even been shipped. Then they sent me and email lying saying my order was picked up by the shipping partner and they haven't issued a tracking number yet. First and last time ordering from these people. Unreal.

Placed an order on 10/24/2021. With new shipping guidelines I figured there would be a delay. Their processing and shipping is spotty at best. Supposedly, it takes 3 to 5 days to process and 3 to 10 days for shipping. Being a Sunday when I ordered, I didn't get upset until 11/01 when I emailed looking for my order. That is their only means of reaching customer service. No phone number and no chat icon on the website. Ridiculous! When you reach out by email, they tell you Not to send another email because you lose your place in the queue? What? Still waiting for a reply that is not a computer generated email that gives you a link to information that is completely useless! Meanwhile they charged my card on the 24th. That, they do quickly! So, because they don't have Paypal, which I could refute charges on, I am out $128, and no product!!!!

I order $200 dollars worth of stuff. I waited 3 weeks wondering why it hasn't shipped out yet even though my card was charged. I then contacted their support team through email. They said it had been shipped and delivered day right after I ordered it and their system didn't update it. I demanded the tracking information, timepoints, proof of signature. They then sent me this link saying it was delivered. Tracking said it was delivered 24 hours or less than the time I placed my order. I am not dumb, they don't have the ability to process, pack, ship and deliver in that short amount of time. Clearly a scam

Customer service and shipping is a joke. Dont bother with these guys because whatever they offer is not worth waiting 2 weeks to receive it. So many other options then buying from this company. Stay away!

Purchased about $75.00 worth of juice in May 2021. After about 2 months (with no response from Eightvape), I issued a complaint with the BBB. Eightvape initially responded to the BBB confirming my complaint. Eightvape said that they'd issue me a refund by a specified date. Date came and went (no refunnld). BBB issued Eightvape an extension. Extension date came and went (no refund). Every subsequent attempt was ignored by Eightvape. BBB closed the case as unresolved. BBB said that the company (Eightvape) was unresponsive. after 3 months, no product, no refund and no communication. Eightvape is a SCAM! BOGUS! RIPOFF! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Do not buy from them, they will not ship you what you ordered, there is no phone o chat to talk to them, only third party fb chat which tells you to wait for their emails, and after you wait you will be offered a slight price adjustment but you will never have what you oriinally ordered. Save yourself the pain and avoid.

I paid for about a $100 worth of juice and extra for shipping protection. After about a month they said the juice was returned to them. They gave me back some of my money but not all. Waste of time and money

I purchased my vape juice from 8vape, as I wanted to try something new other than Breazy or myVPro. It has been over a month, my order has not been delivered. Moreover, they told me to check with the insurance they offer on their website for packages, which says "you cannot claim after 30 days". Without verifying, they cancelled my ticket. In the meantime, I orderd from MyVPro to the same address and received my Juice in 4 days. See the emails attached when they cancelled the ticket without resolving the issue - but this is my worst experience ever. They took my money, and ended my ticket without resolving the issue after more than a month. Please use any other legit website - this is not a customer-centric business.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I made a purchase with this company a month ago. Arrival dates kept getting pushed back. Never received the vaoe and now they refuse to refund my money! They are rude and condescending. This was my first and last time ordering with them

I'm only sorry you have no rating less than 1 star. After paying $51.00 for an Uwell Aeglos I found the unit would not take a charge. Would not even sound like it was going to fire. In short, it's a paperweight. Does nothing. I filed a tiket for support. They wanted a video or a photo. I made the video but cannot upload it. Why I made a video is beyond me. It just lays there. So, I sent pics of thei unit doing nothing. But thats not good enough. They still want a video. Guess what? These slackers have an F rating wiht the BBB. They have no intention of refunding anything!

order # EV1442674 I placed my order on april 5th my order shipped april 7th thru Xdelivery. i have tried to contact 8vape with no success so far i spen $180. My package still hasnt shown up! on the Xdelivery tracking it says it was delivered to a house on West Rochelle Ave. & South Edmond St. but i don't live on those streets i live off of West. Spring Mountain Rd! i want to know why my package was delivered to the wrong address! if i dont get a reply im going to BBB and filing a complaint and i will dispute the charge off my debit card and leave any negative feedback/review i can on any and all social media outlets and other sites that allows reviews!! the 1st picture is were the package says it was delivered the pic with red is in the area that i live near/around. i want answers and i want the name of the shipping company because i know xdelivery is just a platform for shipping companies!!

I would absolutely would not recommend eightvape. It’s been over a month since I placed my order. Tracking only Says label has been created, and they will not answer any of my emails. Worst vape company Iv ever dealt with, quick at taking my $100 and never even shipping my item and ignoring me. How about you actually take care of your customers and ship the orders out.

Awful customer service. Did not receive my order and tracking is pretty much nonexistent. When emailed, they give BS copy/paste responses. Scammers 100%

First time ordering from them and less than 2 weeks later had a $200 charge from walmart.com on the credit card I used to pay. And it's a card I use maybe a couple times a year max so not many companies have my card info. Stay away from these people, they are criminals.

I wish I could give a negative star to these people. I placed an order and paid the extra money for rapid delivery and that was eight days ago and I paid for a two day shipment. I contacted the company the company said sorry your package was left here and once it leaves here we have no control over anything. We will not be refunding your money for your purchase nor will we offer to replace the package. I will now find a new company to work with. I will also give this company a negative review for anybody that asked me should I use this company or how do I feel about this company.
