“I never received my order. I have been waiting for 7 days for a 2 day order. Checked my tracking and found out it was stuck at a UPS location far from my house. I called UPS to figure out what happened and they said it was an error with the address and that they merchant would have to call to fix it.
I contacted eightvape through there contact form (no phone support, no email apparently) and asked them to call UPS and get it straightened out. All I got back was a message saying they won't do that. I then asked them for a refund and I got a message back saying they can't refund my money until they get the package back. I have no control over this. It's literally sitting in a black hole over at the UPS center waiting for someone to come pick it up.
No package, no refund, no phone support! No more business from me!”

“Got Aegis Legend Geek Vape, worked just under 2 weeks, came without batteries, (did not say that on web page, but apparently it does now. Yes i went back at the page and looked all over, it did not say batteries not included, I thought I was getting a kit) ordered batteries and tank giving benefit of the doubt. Then it only worked 2 weeks and I contacted them they said it was not their problem. (They refused to reply when I ask twice where the batteries were) then replied to tell me a faulty product, that I couldn't even use till I got batteries ordered, was not their problem. “Awful. Please NEVER order from this place. I ordered 5 boxes of the exact same coils. I received 5 boxes that looked the same and were marked the same, but 3 of them had different coils inside (same manufacturer but different type coils).
I let them know and at first they said it wasn’t possible and then after many emails with picture proof provided to them, they said it was not their responsibility and I should take it up with the manufacturer. They would not exchange or refund. So basically I am stuck with coils I cannot use and I am out $30.
Needless to say it took forever to get even that response from them. I had to send a number of emails, posts on social media, etc. to get that response. They spoke to me as if I was scamming them, but I got scammed. They just don’t care.

“This place absolutely sucks! Seriously buyers beware! This place has absolutely no customer care service or morals when it comes to holding them accountable for something they did wrong! Honestly they just play the waiting game and they hope you get sick of it all and give up! DON'T FALL INTO THE TRAP OF "WELL THEY HAVE THE BEST PRICE POINTS" there is a reason they do.... it's because they rob so many people blind without a care in the world, they can afford to lower their prices! When your making 100% profit off robbing people it's easy to put lower price points!!! Trust me please I'm actually begging you here...go and spend $1-3 dollars more per item at a different site like Direct Vapor, My Vapor Store, or Element Vape and get exactly what you paid for! In all honesty and transparency I did have one order at Element Vape that was a little bit messed up, but they did there job and after two emails within a twenty four hour period they had it completely fixed! I spent over one month dealing with Eight Vape over $147.00 order and still hasn't ever been resolved. It took them thirteen days to even send me the first email response back from them! When it comes down to it you get what you pay for and if you like there low price points be prepared to get no customer care service for that price point when they screw up! I will continue to talk about this story to as many vapors I know till the day I die to keep as many people as I can away from them, because if I can help someone from experiencing the headache I did then maybe I can someday feel better about this whole experience! In the end by saving someone else their time and money I feel like I got some of my $147.00 back.”

It's been OVER A MONTH and I haven't heard a thing. I've sent email replies asking for updates on my return/refund, nothing.

“This place is the biggest joke! They sent me the wrong coils and pretty much told me, "too bad". I order Cleito Pro Coils and they sent me Cleito coils and told me they will fit? WTF? Run away from this company as fast as you can. They have a ridiculous chat window on their website that serves no purpose other than to annoy people as nobody is ever online to answer questions. This place is an absolute joke!
Here was their response to sending me the wrong coils:
"We apologize that you have received items that are not up to your expectations. Unfortunately the following are final sale items and are unable to be tested for defects due to health, safety, and legal reasons; we are unable to accept them as returns. We do not accept returns of all e-liquids (pods), tanks, coils, batteries or opened/used items. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. The coils sent out to you should fit as advertised. If you feel your item may be defective we recommend contacting the manufacturer as they may be able to better assist."”
