“There's so many positives with Eimass, the affordability, the fast postage, the large range of size and colours available and the fact that when used with a hot fix wand, you don't get a spill of glue from the sides. The sparkle is good and what you would expect from a crystal in this price range. If I have any criticism it would be that Eimass still don't match up to the sparkle and facets of Swarovski but hopefully they'll match them in time.”

“Excellent product! Just as good if not better than Swarovski! Could do with a bigger variety of colours & maybe storage boxes to keep crystals in but on the whole keep buying EIMASS !! A++++”

“Usually very excellent as they arrive within 2 days However on my last order I should have had round chessboard flat back stones and you sent me square ones. They had to put on diagonally as there wasn't time to have them changed. Other wise on every other occasion very good.”

“Appalling customer service! I purchased some flat back cabochons from them which weren't suitable for the job in hand (not their fault), so I requested a return and refund in accordance with their policies (you have to email them for authorisation to return an item.) The request for return and refund was accepted, but only after I had to chase them up by phone and the items were duly returned (I obtained proof of postage), but no refund was issued, despite several telephone conversations where a refund was promised. I also sent two emails chasing up the refund, neither of which were answered. I would seriously advise avoiding this company, as they will give you the run around if there are any problems and you will be left out of pocket. Very disappointing experience and I will never purchase from them again.”

“Worst customer service I ever experienced. Beware ordering from this company unless you are prepared to take the risk that Royal Mail doesn’t hand you your package and leaves in an unsafe place and it gets stolen. Which is not the fault of the customer! I paid for the parcel to be tracked. EIMASS company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced, they obviously don’t care about losing a customer because they refused to believe me and as a consequence I have lost money had to spend out buying some more jewels elsewhere and been caused upset and distress. I was hoping they would dispute this with the Royal Mail and get them to prove it was handed to me (I was at work so they definitely didn’t!).. No surprise I won’t be ordering from them again and will not reccommending them to anyone. Shame because their products are good and I have had to find alternative sellers/providers. I really wanted to support them but I will stick to Amazon because at least I have some protection! My advice to EIMASS is don’t use Royal Mail, use a courier firm that at least can provide evidence the parcel was handed to someone and treat your costumers better when they are the victim!”
