“I have been ordering from eJuices for over a year, and my most recent purchase was extremely disappointing. I purchased 7 Fifty Bars, Strawberry Cereal Donut Milk flavor. At least 3 of the devices are barely below the full indicator & they taste raunchy, like they do when almost empty. The products started tasting disgusting after a few weeks of using them. Every time one began to taste foul; I would open another one just to have that one taste the same after using it for 1-2 weeks!
I was told by customer service that they have a “7 day return policy”! Like I’m going to go through 7 vapes in 7 days?!?! The issues with the vapes DID NOT occur immediately!
Do NOT purchase anything from eJuices.....they DO NOT stand behind their products!”
“Shipping is super slow. You are lucky if you get your products within thirty days. They use some off the wall shipping company to deliver. If I give less than 1 star I would.”
“I placed my order on Dec 3 2021, next day got my tracking number and nothing since. The tracking number does not work. The customer service line is automated and eventually disconnects you.Started send emails on Dec 9 2021, website says they will respond24-48 hours, it has now been 144 hours. Have requested cancellation and or shipment, no response.”
