“Shipping is an issue. 2 times in 30 days I had shipping issues. The 1st time my order was rerouted to PA I live in Louisiana. 2nd time it reached Louisiana then was returned to sender before being delivered to my home. After speaking to the postal service on both occasions it was the scanner misreading the label. My understanding is the shipping label printed is not done properly. I will not be ordering from them again.”

They are not at all known for their customer services. Save all packaging and products emails and receipts. If you are missing any of these, you will not be able to get your money back. SHOP LOCAL IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!! I am not able to get my refund as I dependeded on their website to find the appropriate pod for my device.”
