Got wrong juice. Still waiting for a response from emails i sent weeks ago but it doesn’t look like i will get one. Terrible company do not buy

Order was in processing for almost a month, prior to even shipping it. Then when I received it, 5 out of my 8 items I ordered were missing. One of the items I did receive was damaged. Still waiting to hear back from support. I'm pretty sure they have no body actually assigned to answer questions and support customers. The service with this company is straight garbage. Never buying vape products from here again!!!

My delivery never came. Have tried unsuccessfully to contact them. They don't respond to emails and apparently the company number is someone's cell phone with no voicemail. Filed a complaint from BBB and they can't get a response from the company.

took my money & sent me the wrong juice two different times after returning the wrong juice back to them. have yet to receive correct juice & they refuse to email me back or refund my money after almost a month since original order was placed. waste of time money & peace of mind. stay away !

Literally the worst experience i’ve ever had. 0/10 would NEVER recommend. Ordered juice a month ago & they sent me the wrong juice. contacted their customer service & was sent a shipping label to return it. returned said juice & was sent the wrong juice AGAIN. have been waiting on either a refund or this new bottle of juice they’ve supposedly sent out that has been in pre shipment since the 26th of February. Now can’t seem to get a response from anyone regarding my package or my money. awful awful awful customer service & company. don’t waste your time, money or peace of mind.

Took my money for my order, never sent my product and won’t respond to emails. When I try to call the mailbox is full and won’t take a message. Horrible customer service

Incredibly slow shipping and bad customer service. Requested an update on my order that hasn't been sent, and have yet to hear back why. It's been almost two weeks since I made my order and they still haven't sent it.

A few days after I charged an item I was alerted to a fraud charge on my credit card from a store in LA. I'm in NY. Stay away from these people!!!

I ordered 3 weeks ago, they messed something up so I never received it. Have yet to receive a response. So I guess I just lost money for nothing

They sold me old over steeped juice that tasted disgusting. And they're customer service is horrible. I'll never buy from them again. Pay the extra few dollars at the better websites. You get what you pay for here on the right is juice I get from my local store on the left is from the website

Too bad I can't give negative stars!!!! I paid for a $92 order on Dec 10th! They took my money, and I STILL do not have my order!!!!! They will not answer the phone and they will not return emails!!!! So disgusting!

Most unprofessional business ever. They charge 1-day priority shipping but as soon as I pay for my products and the review order page is refreshed all of a sudden it says they are backed up and they are shipping products three days later. AND it says they do not ship on Saturday and Sundays. So basically if you order on Wednesday to Friday you’re not getting your products at least until the next week. It has been six days since I paid these guys and I still have no tracking number. Sent a bunch of emails and no response after the first mail. I call them three times and no answer. These guys remind me of a bunch of idiots doing business from their garage or something. WORST BUSINESS EVER.

if I could give it negative Stars I would. Let's just say I ordered a mod and some cotton from the same state from a different website. And another website from the same state in coils and they got here today. Same Priority Mail system same USPS but yet I'm still in pre-shipment with these people 3 day shipping I ordered it the same day I did the other websites at the same time - 5 10 minutes and yet I'm still in Pre shipping five days later. I do reviews on YouTube for eJuice I have 900000 subscribers and yet these people aren't worth a damn I will never buy them I will never recommend them I will always recommend eJuice connect.com they're fast they ship it out that day if you get it in by noon and they have cheaper prices any website is better than these people

Order number 253226 was ordered back on Jan 3rd 2020 it is now Feb 7th 2020 and I still have not received my items. I spent $80 and still have not received anything or had updates on tracking.

Absolutely the worst place I have ever order from. Ordered a bottle of juice and it took them 3 days to ship. Still 4 days later no juice and no idea when it will be here. I order from another company for the same juice 4 days ago and it is here this morning. Charged me $5.18 for shipping was too much for snail shipping. Just crazy. Definitely I Would not recommend or ever use this place again. Horrible experience. Buyers beware

If I could rate 0 stars I would. I chose the 3 day shipping method for $5.95, it has been 12 days since I placed my order and my package has not moved from California, and I’m located in Georgia. Tried contacting them several times through email & phone & they just finally emailed me back today to tell me I can’t cancel my order. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM

Oh my word these folks are so unprofessional it’s unreal. They advertised a hardware sale which was sent to my email. That day I purchased the sale device. 3 days later I get an email stating”we sold out of the device you bought so we’ll issue a refund” no “sorry we took your money and you’ll have to wait 3 days to access it” no apology at all. They advertised and in less than 4 hours couldn’t produce the sale device and it took them 3 days to figure that out. Like everyone else stated, 3 full days to process an order.. like to just get it to usps and forgettaboutit if it happens to include a Saturday or Sunday. They have good juice prices but by the time you pay for shipping and deal with the complete unprofessionalism, I’ll pay more elsewhere.
