I ordered $70 worth of items with 3 days shipping and it's been a month now and I still havent received my stuff. I have ordered through them multiple times and never had an issue but this time even the tracking wont show up. I've called and email over 10 times and no response. I will never order from them again.

I paid $10.25 for Priority 2 day shipping and it took them 4 days before they even shipped my order. So I didn't receive my juice until 6 days after I ordered it. They also don't allow you to cancel your order. Shady business here, folks. Needless to say, this is the first and last time I do business with these people. Below is the message you receive AFTER placing your order: *Please note, once an order has been placed, we cannot make any changes to your order or to your shipping address, no exceptions. Due to high volume orders have a three business day processing period before shipment and and we do NOT ship on Saturdays or Sundays-- this can be viewed in our policies page.

I ordered product and waited 3 weeks and was sent the wrong items. I have called and emailed so many times. and not only did I get no response, but also no REFUND! I contacted my back and BBB.

Scam, i ordered 6 bottles of a 100 ml, only received three. I have sent several emails just to be ignored. They dont even have a phone number. Do not buy from them.

Ordered 5 packs of Smok coils on Black Friday and a week later the package arrived only to have the wrong coils sent. I have sent numerous emails to finally have a response of please send pictures of product and packing slip which I have done that only to have NO response at all. I am stuck with 5 packs of coils that I have no use for unless a buy a different tank. I have purchased juice from Ejuice Vapor and understand the turn around time but being a small business owner customer service is my top priority because with customers my business would be non existent it seems to me that it takes a very short time to open an email and respond so the great customer service you claim in your web site has been non existent up to this point.

Too bad I can't put no stars. I have had countless issues with this company. Shipping is a huge issue but I believe in second chances. No longer will I do that, orders take forever to get to me over 7-8 days. I have emailed and they never replied. Not a very professional business.

The order didn't ship, I emailed them multiple times. No response. Then the order shipped, wrong items. Emailed several times again, messaged in FB messanger several times, called a dozen times, no answers, no response. Will NEVER order from them again.

So I ordered six 120ml 3mg bottles of Ruthless Grape Drank. Over 10 days later they send it out. I recieve the order and it's 6mg. I contact them and they tell me I can return for money or the right mg juice , so I send it back for a refund. Now over a month later and still no refund!! One hundred dollars worth of product that I didn't get refunded for! DO NOT BUY THROUGH THEM!!!

Absolutely horrible service, ordering policy, eveything!!! Order and pay ridiculous amount for 3 day shipping for them to wait 7 days to not even send it yet....BE WARNED!!!

I have ordered 4 bottles of cuttwood tobacco trail and keep sent me the wrong mg in nicotine will not answer me will not send me the right order I sent it back and have the tracking number to show you received it send my 73.00 back or my order I will never order again and will tell everyone about it Randall cromer

My boyfriend and I placed our orders on the same day, and we ordered the exact same thing. He received his order 3 days later. Almost 2 weeks after my order was placed it still had not even been sent to the post office and I sent 3 emails. They never replied to a single email and of course they do not have a phone number listed on their site. I called my bank and disputed the charge to get my money back. My boyfriend will no longer order from them, nor will I, obviously.

If I could give them no stars I would! I always try to give companies the benefit of the doubt, but when they cancelled my order and put a note that I cancelled it, that was it! This was a gift, but now I have to order elsewhere and it probably won't be here on time. They didn't put things into my shipment the first time I had an issue with them, now they just cancel my order. These people are a joke! I won't be using them again! EJuice Vapor ORDER # Your order has been canceled Order # was canceled at your request and your payment has been refunded. Haven't received the refund yet. FYI...I removed the order number for obvious reasons.

Submitted charges with no shipping document. Several days later I disputed charges. Order was cancelled but was recharged anyway. I disputed again but some how they got around my dispute. Charged for product never received and shipping charges that never happened. DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE EXPECT THE WORST

Recently ordered (100ml) item but received a 60ml bottle instead. After unknowingly opening it, they would offer to refund $2. I stated I would rather accept an additional 30ml bottle and cut my loses, but received a very rude response changing their refund offer to $.87... WTF?! I suggest to stay away from this company. They are very rude and refused to cooperate.

HORRIBLE! Sent coils (fake?) didn't screw in (2 in one 5 pack). Phone number is not real. Email only. They told me to contact the manufacturer myself instead of sending 2 new coils in my next order. Stupidly, I gave them another chance and this time they just never shipped my order. After a week I contacted them and asked them to ship my order priority shipping since it was forgotten about. They clearly don't care about customer service or righting their wrongs, instead I received a text telling me they have cancelled my order and refunded my money (no money back in my account yet...). I'm thinking this is a random person running a small online shop from his/her basement when they feel like it. The first issue I had with them I waited days for a response. Plenty of other online vape shops with the same/better pricing plus other sites have coupons that actually work. Be careful. They ship when they want and I'm not sure it coils are authentic.
