shipping day, when I tried to speak with customer service they informed me that after placing the order for "OVERNIGHT" I have to wait 1-3 business days then however long it takes to arrive at the house.

I cannot comment on the quality of the stethoscope because it never arrived, but the customer service has been extremely poor.

Shocking service - Purchased annual EKO+ membership through their website. Advertised as $119.99 annually. They charged me $154.98. When I questioned this I was told my membership was cancelled as I should have purchased through the App as I am UK based. Price through the App is £199.99 ! All this after being told but their customer services team it was fine to purchase the membership online.

Duo- is Concept is great. Seems promising for tele health. Worked well initially. Short learning curve to optimize ECG and placement. You need earphones to hear heart sounds optimally when listening off your phone. Unfortunately it died in 3 days and will not charge or turn on. Disappointing reliability. I had trouble with Bluetooth for Core in past as well. Still waiting on customer service response (to be fair it has only been 48 hrs and my prior experience is that they do provide good customer service)
