“Just purchased my windows 10 pro license from Electronics First, having avoided a full price key for years. holy moly it actually worked, goodbye watermark. came through via email straight away. I got lucky, compared to others who have been given already activated licenses but it was legit.”
“Got product I paid for. No issues. Was a little bit odd as I had to confirm address and phone number in an email. However they worked quickly and I had my code I asked for.”
“Credit where it's due.
Being a total cheapskate I'm always happy to grab a bargain. EF sold me a Windows 10 Pro key for a stupidly low price. However, when I tried to register it returned an error. I attempted to resolve the issue for a little while but it became apparent the code was never going to work. I emailed EF support with my issue and a screenshot. Within 4 minutes I had received a reply offering a replacement or refund. I requested a replacement and 10 minutes later I had a replacement key that worked perfectly. I've worked in IT for 20 years and this is the fastest resolution I have ever experienced.”
“I had bought a Microsoft Office Pro key from these guys, they got back to me very swiftly and when I was having some issues registering it with Microsoft (said key had been used) they gave me some fast advice how to sort it. All sorted and registered. Great service and really efficient! Thanks guys!”
“Electronic first is top-notch.
The email communication is excellent with updates starting the moment you pay for an order. The products I purchased were delivered with fast response and I wasn't let down or disappointed.
Thank you Electronic First.”
“So, I purchased a UPlay key for Far Cry 6. I have been purchasing cheap keys from sketchy sites all my life. But this was the first time in my life that I was asked to provide billing information.
I mean, I used a Visa payment option and both Visa and PayPay have incredibly good anti-fraud systems in place but whatever. I provided him with a sold interrogation receipt I had lying around (thankfully) and they sent me a working key in the form of a PDF attachment of what I think was a picture of an activation key from a hard copy of the game ( like the little tickets that come in the box next to the actual game). Everything worked, I installed my game with no issues.
If you are willing to send them your credit card account information (I don't know why would you unless you didn't know what you were doing, like me) then you are good to go. After all, we get the customer service of what we pay for.”
“Mine worked for awhile, then upon a re-install it didn't work. I think this place sells volume licenses that have not met their limits for devices. Either that, or they are unused OEM licenses. In any case when you have issues its because the key has been reported stolen, or its reached its max for device activations in volume licenses. In that case you may ask for another but in the end its a gamble if it works, and how long it works.”
“I was scammed by this company. I bought a gift card for Xbox live and when I tried to use the voucher code it said redeemed. I spoke to Xbox and they said it was redeemed a week before I bought it.
Electronic first asked me for a reference number and chat log I had with Xbox customer support which I provided . But a week later no matter how much I email them they won't reply. I was also ignored by the live chat the moment I gave my email address and somehow they have removed live chat from their website on all my browsers (which I didnt know was possible) just for asking for an update.
Appauling customer service and quite honestly a scam sending out used codes in return for your hard earned money. Stay away from this company as they have done this to other customers on trustpilot too if you read down.
I don't see myself ever getting my money back :)”
“I buy a game fro the nintendo switch and guess What they Steal me Why a don't now the say we don't have codes because There is a lot of pressure on us, and they are lying that it is a bad site. A search on Google showed me the basis of how Google suggests this site. What a shameful site.”
“Don’t use them. I bought a game for my son innocently and his switch has been banned from going on line as a result as this was considered fraudulent activity.”
“I don't leave many reviews but I had to this time just to let people know that this company is a joke, ordered a game from them that they said was in stock, took the money straight away and guess what no game! Messaged the day after and their reply was sorry we don't have it and are waiting on it coming in. Week and a bit later and still no game so contact them to be told my order was cancelled and it will take a month to get my money back if lucky, unbelievable! Worst company I have ever used and I only done 1 star but would rather have left zero, stay clear and keep your money!”
“I have ordered a code from them, it doesnt work.
There is no contact number on their website, so cannot call them .
I emailed them but they are not responsive.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
SCAM ALERT!
I have been trying to contact them since 2nd october, but not a positive respond.”
