“I was shown a charge of 4.91$ when buying AI suitcase, to be on the safer side I blocked my card limit to 5$ for this deal. To my horror, they tried to charge me 80$ for the same transaction without my knowledge.
Beware people its a scam”
“The only thing I can conclude is that this is a scam site. I never received my PSP code and support was unresponsive. Now I have to file a dispute against the charge. Avoid at all costs!!”
“I was scammed by this company. I bought a gift card for Xbox live and when I tried to use the voucher code it said redeemed. I spoke to Xbox and they said it was redeemed a week before I bought it.
Electronic first asked me for a reference number and chat log I had with Xbox customer support which I provided . But a week later no matter how much I email them they won't reply. I was also ignored by the live chat the moment I gave my email address and somehow they have removed live chat from their website on all my browsers (which I didnt know was possible) just for asking for an update.
Appauling customer service and quite honestly a scam sending out used codes in return for your hard earned money. Stay away from this company as they have done this to other customers on trustpilot too if you read down.
I don't see myself ever getting my money back :)”

“There are always problems with them. Very seldom do things work properly. When you do go back at them about issues, they shut you down…..they’re not interested in any problems - they ate the customers period. I am over them now, and I will go out of my way to trash them as they deserve. Don’t use them even in desperation!”
“We bought 10 keys for office, they do not work, we didn't get replacement. SCAM! Watch for them (we contated the company they said that key only work for 1 month).”
“Credit where it's due.
Being a total cheapskate I'm always happy to grab a bargain. EF sold me a Windows 10 Pro key for a stupidly low price. However, when I tried to register it returned an error. I attempted to resolve the issue for a little while but it became apparent the code was never going to work. I emailed EF support with my issue and a screenshot. Within 4 minutes I had received a reply offering a replacement or refund. I requested a replacement and 10 minutes later I had a replacement key that worked perfectly. I've worked in IT for 20 years and this is the fastest resolution I have ever experienced.”
“The pretended to send a code, I kicked off they waited till I got Paypal involved, then sent a code, then said I can't use as they are reselling it and I will get a refund when they do. Absolute scam site.”
“HI , I have paid for MS Office professional 2019, but I have not received any response from them eve though I have sent multiple emails and messages. They have something suspicious order system which wont give order number but says 'Thank you for your purchase'.”
“I was given an already redeemed $50 PSN card. When i pointed it out, they told me to contact PS support which i cannot because i am not from the US. Stay away from this site. Paypal dispute already opened against them.”
“I have ordered a code from them, it doesnt work.
There is no contact number on their website, so cannot call them .
I emailed them but they are not responsive.
AVOID AVOID AVOID
SCAM ALERT!
I have been trying to contact them since 2nd october, but not a positive respond.”
“Just purchased my windows 10 pro license from Electronics First, having avoided a full price key for years. holy moly it actually worked, goodbye watermark. came through via email straight away. I got lucky, compared to others who have been given already activated licenses but it was legit.”
“They send keys / download codes that have already been used. AVOID THIS COMPANY! They’re scammers and the people at customer service won’t help you or refund you. Save yourself and purchase the official product rather than this scam.”
“My 72 year old mother was trying to buy an iTunes gift card and found Electronic First from a google search. She made a $25 purchase and then received a really scammy looking "Order Verification" email asking for her phone number and "A clear photo of a Recent Letter with your name and address (Proof of address)". Um, what?? The email had grammar mistakes and was clearly fraud. We are reporting this to Chase Visa and having the charge blocked and reported as fraud. They of course did not send her the electronic itunes gift card, since it never existed in the first place.”
“Electronic first is top-notch.
The email communication is excellent with updates starting the moment you pay for an order. The products I purchased were delivered with fast response and I wasn't let down or disappointed.
Thank you Electronic First.”
