“Company was excellent, sales team caught an error on my order and reached out to me to double check if my order was correct. The website had exactly what I was looking for but the order form showed something slightly different. Sales team rep caught the mistake and corrected immediately to prevent any issues. Also loved that they used Fed Ex as the carrier for the product, got it fairly quickly.”

“Robert at Element Wheels is definitely my point man. He's helped me with 3 purchases to date and he will always be my main point of contact for wheels. I would recommend him over any other dealer out there. He gets back to me, same day, about any inquiries I have and truly makes me feel like a known customer. Some of the other dealers take a while to get back to you and you can get caught up in their system. Not with Element! 10/10 would recommend!”
