“I didn't know the spokes would be spinning in a different direction. One side they'll spin with spokes facing forward the othe side the spokes are spinning backwards. They should have told me he weren't directional”

“When contacted, your shipping updates were wrong and your link said the items were not shipped yet. Then I received the wheels the same day this info was given to me.”

“Element wheels themselves were great to deal with. My complaint is the wheels themselves. The ride is not smooth at all no matter how many times we have tried to balance them out. They create a ton of noise and the ride is not smooth at all. We’ve had them for less than 6 months and are considering not putting them back on next summer. Disappointed is an understatement.”
